umm all i remeber is that at level 23 its hp->1/level 100->5

when you say attack do you mean sp.attack, but it dosent matter since you cant re-ev it, as it would of been better in hp and def.... thanks for the info though
 
I can offer a shiny Raikou but only if you could clone it and return it. The reason I say this is I use platinum and don't have ability to clone and am collecting legends. I am curious about your Acreus. Also curious as to what would be a good offer for Celebi, Deoxys and Ho-oh. I can get all starters from all regions, Phione.
