I'm officially a retard ;(
Once again, I forgot to mention the IV's of the Riolu should be HP Ice 70. ~_~
Everything else the same, except that I changed my mind. I think shiny Lucario looks really bad. Can you do a non-shiny version?
I'll give you some Pokemon in exchange. I've got Psycho's Hippowdon (Good Parent) or else his Impish Gyarados.
You can decline this breeding project if you wish. =\

You're not a Retard, but you do forget to mention some of the most important things. I'll have to re-breed it from scratch, with HP Ice and Non-Shiny. But before I do, please tell me now every single detail of it. I need the Nature, HP/IV's, Egg Moves and if you want it Blue or Yellow/Gold-ish o.o; Like, right now.

Er, HP Ice is Speed 30. But I'll let you know once it's done, hopefully around the afternoon, since I'm just breeding for now, for the risky reason that if I trade my Modem can be turned off at anytime and I immediately d.c x.x;; My eyes are starting to hurt -.-;
 
I checked using MetalKid's Hidden Power Calculator. Putting a 30 in Speed would make it Electric.

Thank you! Sorry for the late response, I'm very indecisive -_- And personally I can't stand Psypoke's chart for max IV's because they randomly put speed in the middle >_< So I tend to mess up the IV's since the standard order has speed at the end. Let me know when you can trade.

No worry mate, and yeah I know -.- My IV's were listen HP|ATK|DEF|SP.ATK|SP.DEF|SPEED though. I'll get the Pokémon ready, and we could trade after I finish with Bass if he agrees ^^
