the Cyndaquil? the one he has in his list. Modest nature with IV's at 21|24|30|31|28|31

There. 3 Ev'd and good Iv's for 5 unev'd with good iv's seems pretty equivalent for me. But if you want 4, I'll dig around for another one. As usual I'd like it cloned and given back to me. :)
Can the 5 Pokemon carry: Power Band, Power Belt, Choice Band, Babiri Berry (or Toxic orb if you don't have the berry), Shuca Berry?

btw most people would like a modest/calm Togepi as Jolly isn't really a competitive nature.
A suggestion for breeding has to be a Scyther with an adamant nature or else a bagon with a naive/naughty nature. with 31 Iv's in attack and Sp. Attack.
