Deep Sound

As you may know I recently loaded Windows XP on my Laptop and would like to know how to make my sound sound more normal. It sounds deep compared to the normal sounds.

What sounds deep? music from iTunes or WMP or system sounds as well. If it's the former, then it's probably just an equalizer setting that needs tweaked.
If it includes the latter, then you need to poke around your speaker settings and see if it's something there. Or it might be just a speaker issue.

It's everything and there are no extra options. I am thinking it might be the driver. I hooked up external speakers and it still didn't work.

It's most likely the driver. Or it could be your soundcard.

It seems to have gone away. It's either that or I adapted to it. So my transition from Vista to XP is complete.

It sounds like it's/was a soundcard or sound driver issue.
