"Delibird" Pronunciation

I've heard a LOT of people pronounce this adorable (but largely ignored) Pokemon's name as "DEH-lee-burd". And I'm just wondering. Who here pronounces it as "deh-LIH-burd"? As in... "delivered", but with the "v" replaced with a "b".

"Del-uh-burd" is how I have always personally pronounced it, but I feel like that just might be my personal weird way of pronouncing it.

I myself have been pronouncing it as Daily-burd. And unfortunately, not just me, a number of other pokémons have been named by people in such a weired manner.

I think we all pronounce them our own way, but I pronounce delibird like the one above, but think it should be "deli - burd" first half being like a sandwich shop. But that's just me I guess.

However I've never even considered pronouncing it like "delivered", which is actually a really clever way of pronouncing it and adds another layer onto its name which I think is kind of cool, how it works on different levels.

The reason why I pronounce it like "delivered" is because Delibird is meant to look like Santa. Who delivers presents. :,D
