You need to have a USB cord and a Code Manager. Do you have that?

Like Legendary said, all you need to do is press L+R again to get the other Master Balls back (Legendary, you seemed unsure, so I'm confirming what you said).
 
.XML File Ready

Ok, I've gone and compiled a list of very useful codes as an .xml file. Download it (found below) and save it somewhere you can find it. Open My Computer (or just Computer, for some) and drag it into Action Replay Code Manager where it says "Custom Codelists" It should add a new list down there. Then drag that new list into the Pokémon Pearl section of the codes that are on your AR already.
Sorry, this only works for Pearl Players. If you know how to edit it so it works with other games, go ahead and do so.

If you need more help, ask.

I bought a Codebreaker for my nephew this last weekend because he keeps hounding me to use my Action Replay and I am still using it. He uses it on Diamond, I use Pearl. I was searching for some codes for him and only found mass item codes. I want an EXP GAIN code like the one for my AR, but I cannot seem to find any. Can anyone help point me (and my nephew) in the right direction fr some legit codes or do I have to sell back the Codebreaker for him to get an AR? Thanks.
 
For some reason, my file isn't working. I have no idea why. If you know how to, please check to see what's wrong (and possibly add new codes).

Technically, the AR is not an affiliated product of Nintendo, so codes can be posted at the "hackers" leisure.
