If I use Thief on in a Trainer battle against an NPC and my PKMN isn't holding anything, do I get to keep the item?
Yes. This is how you get Silverpowder in RS. This is also why NPC trainers never give their Pokémon good items like Leftovers.

None of the Pokemon can. Only Snorlax, Zigzagoon, Linoone, Slakoth, Vigoroth, Slaking, Skitty, Illumise, Cyndaquil, Quilava, Typhlosion, Poochyena, and Mightyena can. None of them are obtainable without the National Dex without trading.
Snorlax is in the Sinnoh Dex.

ust go to the tutor man in Pastoria and it will be just one of the default moves for him. Its no level involved. Just the fact that its GArchomp

Okay, now I have a question. I want a Wish Bliss but its not a part of Blisseys Egg or Tutor moves. How does she get it?

Is there such thing as a Wish Bliss? It can't learn Wish in any way, so you can't have one.

It's always going to be a 1/8192 of getting a shiny, no matter how many times you do it. So its still going to take a while.

I say a shiny Cascoon in Eterna Forest, but I was escorting that chick outta there so I couldn't catch it. :(

i would suggest the leaf pokemon because at a higher level it becomes super effective against both other starting pokemon.
    when it learns earthquake

Eh, sorry to break it to you but you could. You just had to KO the other pokemon.

Field abilities like COMPOUND EYES, MAGNET PULL, SYNCHRONIZE...

Do they take effect in the PAL PARK or GREAT MARSH?

Synchronize and Compoundeyes are not effective in Pal Park, because the Pokémon's natures and held items are already set.

As for the others, it beats me. I would expect they'd work in the Marsh.

Considering that when pokemon hatch out of eggs they start at level 1, how do you start EV training?

You can give the pokemon an exp share or have him as the first pokemon in your team when the battle starts. They will get the EVs the same as if they found the pokemon.

Well, all three starters have SE moves against the others:

    Infernape:
    Close Combat beats Empoleon
    Flamethrower beats Torterra

    Empoleon:
    Surf beats Infernape
    Ice Beam beats Torterra

Considering that when pokemon hatch out of eggs they start at level 1, how do you start EV training?

A Pokemon gains the full amount of EVs in a battle so long as it gains experience- just lead with that Pokemon, then switch to a stronger Pokemon to finish the battle.

Also, don't use EXP Share- you can't use any items with it, and it doesn't take Pokerus into account when giving EVs.

    That French Gym Leader

Yeah I'm having some trouble on my first run of the game.
I at the Gym Leader Felina or some crap like that. And I'm already in deep crap. Ghost Poke'mon.... How do I describe them...

    CHEAP

    HARD

    UNBEALIAVABLE UNFAIR

    So I'm have trouble.

I've only seen 2 of her 3 Poke'mon and I'm very fearful of her third. Seeing how the Gym Trainer before the one I'm speaking of now trainer before that had FRICKING LUCARIO! Fricking Drain Punch/Force Palm + 3 HYPER POTIONS!!! RAGE!

Anyways. I'm wondering with the Poke'mon I have now I'm having trouble winning. For these two major reasons.

    1. None of my Poke'mon are stronger then her's THUS allowing them to attack first.

    2. I don't know there weaknesses...

The second reason is why I'm here today.

    What are ghost Poke'mon's weaknesses?

I'll check in later to see the answer if anyone who has the answer.

    Thanks in advance.

Ghosts are weak to Ghost and Dark-type attacks.

Her team consists of Gengar / Drifblim / Mismagius.

Bring a Normal-type. Purugly worked for me using Faint Attack. Shuts her down.

If you happen to have a Stunky, trust Toxic. It tears apart Fantina's team like you wouldn't beleive even if it is underleveled...yeah, Gengar is part Poison, but the strategy still holds as a last-resort if you need it...

Catch a Girafarig and teach it Shadow ball. That way you can sweep her and she will have a hard time hitting you with super effective moves.
