IVs tell you how a certain stat for the pokemon will grow. The higher the value, the more likely it is to grow more in that stat.

My question:
I read on Serebii that the all NOK events are hacked since they can't be cloned via Pokesav nor can they be transferred into another game pack and can only remain in the Korean games.

Here is what I read:
The reason being Korean games can't trade to other language game. Not via the union room or with FCs. (I have a Korean game and have tried) The events can't go on Wi-Fi either because of the Clasic ribbon.
Since there is no way to get them off a Korean game, the only ones that are offered would be hacked. In adition, one of my friends knows the guy that made Pokesav and he said that it doesn't work with Korean games. So they can't be cloned either.

How much speed does speed boost give a ninjask or Yanmega per turn?

+1 stage, so half of the stat as it is. Eg ninjask with 300 speed= +150 per speed boost

Nothing affects the odds of shinyness. The closest thing is pokeradar chaining, detailed in the FAQ.
 
How does the Ditto Item Cloning Glitch go??
I haven't been able to pull it off successfully since I don't know the full details...
I know it involves a Pokemon w/ Thief and a Ditto. What next?
 
Alright I've got a question for you guys. Say I teach a Pokemon Feint to get through the Protect/Detect some people I battle use. I know they're about to use the move and I Feint; I know it only hits if they use the move, but define use: do they just have to choose it, or does protect/detect have to work for my attack to hit?

Also, is the move Feint really worthwhile? A lot of the Pokemon I was thinking of using in wifi battles, are usually put into Choice sets. I obviously wouldn't want a Choice Feint-er, so any suggestions?

Whoa! So the Ninjask's speed is already 450? That's new to me, hm. I'd have to have a Choice scarf Weavile with full speed IVs to out-speed it

If i remember correctly, you have to be in a double battle, with the ditto and thiefer (<<Spelling?) as your leads. When in the battle, make ditto transform into your own poke, then use thief on the ditto. Don;t hold me to that, GTS cloning is my kinda thing.

I've checked around and they only have to use it (I think). I may be able to playtest this later, if i can find my brother's copy of pearl. If it works I'll let you know.

Not really. You may not be able to hurt them, but they havent done anything to you either. Unless they are pressure stalling, just accept the -1pp. If they're Toxistalling, you've just been given a free switch out. If they're just using it for the hell of it, punish them by setting up on them ;)

Pretty much, but bear in mind ninjask's speed can hit 460 without a speed boost. Standard ninjask runs 80Spd EVs with jolly nature, meaning that it has 416 pre-speed boost. There's no point in trying to outrun ninjask, its a lost cause.
 
How do you find IVs? Been trying for a while but cant find them.
 
what is the mystery gift used for? is it just for events? or does it have another use?
 
How can a Cherubi do the move "helping hand" and he doesn't have hands?
How can a Machamp become a female? And his/her chest is all open--lol.

It's for receiving events-- either items or pokemon-- from DS download stations, like the one they use for the Toys R' Us events. Other than that, I'm pretty sure it doesn't have much of a use. =P

EVERYTHING IS GREAT ABOUT DARKRAI!

If you train it properly, you can knock out any pokemon in 1 hit.Some attacks you might want to keep in mind:

Dark Pulse(knocks out in 1 hit)
Dark Void(if you watched the movie, puts pokemon to sleep)
Hypnosis(sleep)
Nightmare(loses health while asleep)

And it also has the "Bad Dreams" abilitty. It torements pokemon while they are sleeping



I also have a question, I was battling my friend on Wi-Fi this morning and his Empoleon had this thing called "Wonder Gaurd" and I couldn't make 1 sucsessful move. What does Wonder Gaurd do anyway? And how can I beat it if I can't attack it?
