4th Gen Diamond / Pearl Q&A Thread

Either farm the Battle Tower for BP (Each Power Item is 48 BP each), or ask for one in the Trade Corner.
 
1: Is it possible to get regrock, regice and regsteal in pokemon diamond? (without trading)
2: Where do I get them if it is possible to get them in pokemon diamond?
 
Then how can I get regigigas in pokemon diamond? I know where it is but it says "a body of steel, a body of rock and a body of ice, bring them and the king shall awaken" or something along those lines. So what I am asking is, do I need to have the other regi's to get regigigas?
 
They'll probably have Regigigas in-game in Platinum, though, since if you had Regigigas in DP, then you'd obviously have the Regis, too (unless it was traded). Then you'd just be getting duplicates if you traded it over...
 
What event pokemon have been givin out so far?
Which ones haven't been givin events yet?
What's a good site to keep track of new ones?
i'm only regarding the d/p pokemon of course.....

Do Legendary pokemons sprites show their shiny colors b4 u battle them?

Given out- Darkrai, Deoxys (ther emay be others, but I think that's all)
Not given out- Shaymin, Arceus, Movie Regigigas (as far as I know)
Serebii is probably one of the best Pokemon sites you'll find. Excellent Pokedex as well

What are the 8 pokemon that aren't neccesary to catch to have a complete National dex my friend was saying something about 482 + 8 that you don't have to get?

The 8 refers to the eight Legendaries at the end of the normal National Pokedex (Phione, Manaphy, Cresselia, Heatran, Regigigas, Giratina, Dialga, & Palkia).

I thought that was Pokérus.
That's some kinda thing which makes your Pokémon grow faster.
To spread it, put your Pokémon inside a box, + the one with Pkrs.
It'll spread then :).
