And Seth, did you know that people, using programs such as MS Paint, can edit Pokemon sprites to look like other things? Well, guess what that's a picture of.

What color does the background of an MS paint image have to be to look like the ones in my signiture.​
 
Well you need to set it to transparent, and you can't do that with MS Paint.

You can with Photoshop/GIMP/other programs however.

Gliscor question

How do I get my Gliscor to learn Ice Fang? In my pokemon guide it says that it is a BASIC move for it, but it didn't learn the move when it evolved.
 
Ice Fang is one of Gliscor's moves which you need the Move Relearner for. It doesn't learn it when it evolves and is one of the moves where it doesn't learn via levelling up (which I guess you can call it a level "0" move).
 
Get a heart scale and give it to a guy in pastoria by the water in the middle of the town. He can teach Cliscor Ice Fang.

I'm not sure about your first question, just use the Dowsing App on your Poketch and you should find it in no time. And there is NO place where only one Pokemon is found, asthat would kinda defeat the obkect of the Pokéradar, whcih I know that was what you were asking for ;D

I believe so because they are found on route 218 with the Poke Radar
 
Are the evs given by items like proteins and hp ups doubled by pokerus? Or is there a limit on how many of those items you can use (besides the 256 evs). because i was ev training a wailmer with pokerus in hp and it didnt have many evs yet when i discovered i had 11 hp ups. It only let me use 7. because it only had 24 evs in hp, It shouldve let me use all 11, i thought anyway.

No,it doesn't double item EV's.

Also, you cannot give him anymore vitamins once his EVs reach up to the 100 mark. Meaning as soon as he gets 100 EVs in a stat, no more vitamins for that stat. For example, if you have 100 SP.ATK EVs, no more Calcium canbe given to that poke, at least without losing some first. However, if you had 99 EVs, you can give it one more, since it is under 100.
