But let me try to understand. If I lower a stage by using Tail Whip it doesn't effect Punishments BP but if I were to lower the foes stat using growl making a total of 2 stages lost it lowers the BP?

I used swagger earlier which raised the opponent's attack stage 2 stages. Then I used growl which lowered it by 1 stage. Now the opponent's total amount of attack stages was 1 which only raised Punishment's power by 20... Yeah, I see where you're getting confused. XD

Also, Grand Lake is the name of the hotel on Valor Lakefront..

You can, however, breed two Lucario. If you have a female Lucario, you will always have a female Lucario, so consider yourself lucky.

Female Pokemon are practically the best.

Hows that?
Males pass on hereditary moves. Females just help breed. Which ditto can come to the rescue for.
 
because female pokemon are most important. They decide which species the egg will be of.
 
Happiness

Hey i need some help to raise my riolu's happiness. I know how to as i've done several pokemon like chansey etc. But it wont go up for me it just stays on one heart and i need two ( ;( ). I've given like 5 massages, soothe bell walked with soothe bell and being battling with it
 
Riolu's base happiness is only 70..
It'll take a while to get it to two hearts.
Just be patient and keep up the massages and battling.
Oh yes, and make sure it's daylight. It won't evolve at night time.
 
Yeah i know about night etc. It evolved but it was at one heart...

Along with those things use EV decreasing berries.

#21 Pomeg Berry - Lowers base HP stat
#22 Kelpsy Berry - Lowers base Attack stat
#23 Qualot Berry - Lowerss base Defence stat
#24 Hondew Berry - Lowers base Sp. Attack stat
#25 Grepa Berry - Lowers base Sp. Defence stat
#26 Tamato Berry - Lowers base Speed stat

They grow around Hoenn and Sinnoh, I can't list exactly where, but you're bound to stumble upon them sooner or later. Once you get one you can just plant it and water it until you get more.

You can easily get it from Wild Pokemon, the Battle Island, and, of course, the Berry Lady from... the southern-most city. Can't remember what it was called, though.
 
Take your ralts to the E4 but dont use it. Just attach ExperienceShare.
