Have you been behind the place where Dialga/Palkia have been standing? If not, there is a item there that is specific for Dailga or Palkia, depending which one is in your game. I have kept the item and put it on Dialga. I'm just looking for a moveset for him to help me in the E4. Anyway, The item for Dialga is called "Adament Orb" And it boosts the power of steel and dragon type moves.
