I feel like Sinnoh barely had any new pokemon. They were mostly just evolutions of old pokemon like Togetic, Roselia, Rhydon, etc.

It's kinda like how Kalos had few new pokemon and a lot of new ones were just mega evolutions of old pokemon like Gengar, Charizard, Gyarados, etc.

    Your thoughts?

Well, I can understand that. But I think that if we discount the evolutions of previous Pokémon (which Diamond and Pearl didn't have until after you beat the game), Sinnoh still introduced more new Pokémon than Kalos did. Although on the terms of Pokémon to use as a whole, Kalos has almost as many Pokémon available before beating the game alone as Sinnoh's National Pokédex has in total. But I felt like Sinnoh (at least DP) didn't really have much at all, anyway.

    Pendraflare's got a point I agree with.

Even if you discount all the evolutionary relatives of past-gen Pokemon, Sinnoh still introduced more new Pokemon than Kalos, with a total of 95 as opposed to Kalos' 70 (soon to be 71 with the addition of Hoopa) but I do sorta admit the Sinnoh games did feel a bit "bland" with the Pokedex, especially compared to the massive regional dexes that B2/W2 Unova and Kalos had.
