Your first fact isn't true Bell because Musashi and Kojirou aren't counted as one person.

But look at it-in the original serie it was James with the 2 evolved pokemon and in the advanced serie it was Jessie with the second evolve pokemon. Anyhow, it seems that both James Jessie and Brock (hopefully I'm wrong) won't have a 2 evolved pokemon in the DPP serie.

I just meant that you count Team Rocket as one character. Also, the FireRed and LeafGreen fact that you stated is false. It doesn't create a problem because PokéSpecial wasn't being printed at the time.

Dialga - 3 times. YEAH, THREE.
Palkia - 2 times, 3 if you count the flashback in GATSW
Giratina - 2 times, once in GATSW, again in the future Arceus movie
