2nd Gen Did you let Pikachu evolve?

I didn't evolve it. I want Pikachu to follow me around. I love its reactions, as many people have stated before.

I've always disliked Pikachu and Raichu, so he was always put inside of the PC to rot after I got Bulbasaur. :P I actually never liked the Yellow version for some reason, probably because of Pikachu, lol.
 
I've never evolved Pikachu in any game. In yellow, I loved that game so much because of that thing following me around. Now that i read the Manga, i will never evolve Pikachu in any game, because I end up naming the thing Pika or ChuChu(Pika if it's a boy, ChuChu if girl) and it doesn't feel right to look at a Raichu named Pika. (I never change the names of my pokemon >_>) But I love that Yellow Mouse o death =D
 
Nah, not in Yellow, but when I caught him in D/P I let him evolve to Raichu.
 
I didn't have Pikachu evolve in Yellow, but in Fire red I decided I would go ahead and evolve it into a Raichu! I love them both :)
 
In Yellow I didn't evolve Pikachu because I prefer Pikachu to Raichu. I usually end up not evolving Pikachu anyway since I like its base sp. atk in Wi-Fi battles. Raichu has extra defense but Pikachu makes a strong, fast sweep.

I chose Pikachu over Raichu because everyone loves the yellow mouse. It's my second favourite Pokémon after Gardevoir. :P
 
I always evolve my Pikachu. I hate Pikachu, but I LOVE Raichu. Raichu's my favorite Pokémon! I mean, its Speed it amazing and it's a great Physical and Special sweeper. <3
 
Nah. Ever since I saw in the anime that Pikachu
didn't want to evolve, I've never had a stronger
liking for Raichu. Personally, I like Pikachu way
better. No offense, though. So I never did.
 
Let him? You either force him to or you don't.
 
I usually just ignored him when I played Yellow; only used Pikachu at the beginning so he'd get enough happiness for the girl to give me Bulbasaur in Cerulean. o:

Though I did enjoy seeing his little faces of hatred whenever I 'spoke' to him. XD
 
I never knew you had the chance to evolve it, I would've. I got tired of that fat yellow rat following me, I dont see how Ash can deal with that

I loved it following me around, But even if i tried, I wouldnt want the raichou, And i wouldnt have the accesories to trade it from yellow.
 
I wouldn't let my Pikachu evolve because I don't want to.
 
I didn't exactly have the game, but I had that option. But I decided against it, cause that Pikachu is the whole game to me. xD
 
No. I actually got really frustrated with Pikachu in the first part of the game (1st gym =/) so after I got Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle I threw it in the box and never went back.
