Didn't They Used To Be Red?

As Virtual Headache said. It's been updated so they all been reset.

Having sticky thread color or the report PM thing and lots of other stuff is done in the templates. And everytime we upgrade (like we just went from 3.5.1 to 3.5.3) all of them are reset. And as you know we got tons of layouts on PC, so it'd be hard to change all them every time we upgrade.
