[The New World..]

'100,000 digital cycles ago, before the Great War between the Digital Knight Council and the Corrupts, the foundations of the Four Digital Realms were laid out by the powerful Huanglongmon. Before his time, there were the Guardians. Before them were the Supreme Guardians. There all but existed one Digital Realm ruled by the Supreme Guardians. Then, following a great crisis, all but one Supreme Guardian remained. Under the Supreme Guardian's supervision, Digital Guardians took their predecessors place and trained warriors who would become Watchers for each Digital Realm.

As Huanglongmon rose to prominence, the golden dragon divided the once single realm into the four Digital Realms that exist today. They were all designated according to North, South, East, and West. Huanglongmon chose four Digimon, empowering them with the authority to oversee each realm. Azulongmon would rule the Eastern Realm. Zhuqiaomon was designated as Sovereign of the Southern Realm. Ebonwumon was given authority over the Northern Realm. Baihumon was entitled to watch the Western Realm. Each realm became parallel to various realities and worlds beyond the outer perimeters.

Overtime, as each realm strengthened, so did those who threatened to oppose them. Behind the Wall of Fire, a destructive and sinister force ripped through to the other side and spilled an enormous vast of corrupt energy throughout the universe - including the Four Realms. Born from this evil energy were the Corrupts, a vast army consisting of powerful inter-dimensional denizens from various dark realms. Amongst the crop of these wicked creatures, one was given the gift from the creature behind the Wall of Fire. The gift enabled this chosen one to evolve with frightening results. This creature was known as Burizalor, who ultimately chose to use this power for evil. Opposing Burizalor and his wicked forces, the Holy Beasts forged a counterstrike and recruited various warriors. Amongst those warriors was Gennai, fit and chosen to lead the Digital Knights. Their mission was to oppress Burizalor's empire and force the evil back behind the Wall of Fire.

Despite their attempts, the Digital Knight's numbers were reduced as Burizalor's armies surmounted against theirs. As per request from Gennai, the Holy Beasts allowed Gennai to summon six children with the highest potential to aid them against Burizalor's forces. With the guardian's guidance, Gennai opened a portal to Earth. He arrived in Tokyo, Japan. He quickly gathered six orphaned children, who witnesssed the same visions. They were drawn together to meet with Gennai. As fate would have it, they were the first chosen children. Under the guidance of Gennai, six children were given the first digivices made specifically to draw out the potential of chosen ones. At the end of the Great War, the chosen six combined their powers to stop the evil behind the Wall of Fire - Apocalymon. Defeating Apocalymon drained the Chosen six. They expended most of their powers to seal the force of evil, costing them their powers but achieving a grand victory and their names became synonymous with legendary. They became heroes of the Northern Realm as their names became spread throughout the other realms.

Enraged by the losses of his men, Burizalor launched a counterstrike to finish the Chosen six. With his planet-destroying power, he sought to wipe out the chosen six and the Northern realm. Fortunately, the Holy Beasts intervened, united with the chosen six, and banished Burizalor into the Dark Area. The tyrant and his evil regime woudl remain sealed there for a long period of time. That is, until Millenniummon freed a still injured Burizalor and the chosen six were summoned once again. Recognizing the chosen six's power growth and his fears that they would destroy him, Burizalor resurrected a digimon and bestowed upon them mighty powers, the being became to be known as Myotismon- who wasunleahsed to destroy the six...along with the entire Northern Realm. All but one person met their unfortunate ends. Gennai escaped and fled to the Eastern Realm, taking with him eight digivices. In the end, the Buriza Empire won. The Northern Realm was destroyed and he set his sights on to the Eastern Realm, organizing a man hunt on Gennai. He was quickly found, but at the last minute Azulongmon intervened and swiftly rescued him. Burizalor led his forces on an assault against the Holy Beast, and as vailant as their efforts were, the majestic gods were overwhelmed and sealed away. As a last resort, the beasts expelled their digicores into another realm, ensuring Burizalor never found them..

August 8, 1999, the date the new Digidestined were summoned and arrived on File Island somewhere in the Eastern Realm. As news spread about the Digidestined's arrival, he ordered every virus digimon to kill them without hesitation. Through their journey, they managed to overcome many enemies. Devimon of File Island was the first to fall, along with many others such as Etemon. They ultimately returned to earth to stop Burizalor's stand in leader, Myotismon. After harnessing the full power of their crests, the Digidestined destroyed VenomMyotismon and restored peace to both their worlds. Aware he could be of no help in this stae, Burizalor retreated back behind the Wall of Fire while he recovered and planned his revenge.

Time passed, and both the Digital Universe and the human's universe coexisted harmoniously, each well aware of the others existence and gates wide open. But something changed, the Digital World was breached by a Digital Invader from past the Wall of Fire under the detection of either world. But it didn't land, no it didn't seem to want to invade just yet, but instead orbited the Digital World. But even as it orbited, it made a huge impact. Distorting the connection between both universes, eliminating any digital beings on Earth along with any memory of the digital universe. The gates were shut and the chronological balance was shifted once more. Any memories the two universes shared were eradicated, neither universe aware of the other. It was peaceful for another few years before the solemn invader started to actually move for the first time, Gennai was well aware and prepared for this. Earth's entire internet network was interfered with as the invader breached the digital world. Not only were electrical devices not functioning properly on Earth, but weather patterns were being distorted as well. a midst all this chaos, the Digital Gate opened.

So ends Tai and company's story, now -thirteen years later - we begin the New York City Digidestined's long tale. My name is Gennai, a watcher of the Digital Worlds...and I am here to tell their story...'

[The Digidestined]

Chosen by fate to save the Digital World in times of great peril with a Digimon partner to fight alongside with, the Digidestined are sent to the Digital World to protect it from evil forces. The Digital World is volatile and is vulnerable to attack, the Digimon that live there often find that they cannot defend their world on their own. Human children harnessing great potential are chosen to defeat these enemies that pose a threat to both worlds.

Digivices are special devices that are the mark of a Digidestined, this new generation of Digidestined are bestowed the D-Touch. [Digivice Image] The D-Touch can easily pass as an advanced cell phone in the real world. When in idle mode, a keyboard can be slid out and a custom background image will be displayed. When slid shut the monitor face shows bright icons, the same color as the main body of the digivice and the background the same color as the trimming color of the phone. Each icon is an app used for a different purpose.

Starting with the top left, the icon identical to the head of your Digimon is used to show your digimon's health and energy as well as a large radar underneath, which when tapped is replaced with a list of all your Digimon's attacks. The medical cross is used to heal a Digimon back to perfect health by standing in its scanner for up to five minutes, depending on how bad the wounds are. The camera icon is obviously for the camera used for taking pictures or recording videos. The chat bubble is text or call other chosen children's D-Touches, which have to be registered by standing within ten feet of each other. The magnifying glass icon is used to scan a Digimon and pull out a complete bio which is stored in the D-Touches digi-dex. The little pinpoint is the map function which tracks where you are at all times using a sattelite map(like google earth) and also shows where the other Chosen Children are using color coded pinpoints.

When a hostile threat is detected in the area, the D-Touch released a high-pitched pinging noise and automatically opens the first app showing your Digimon's health, energy and a radar. If a Chosen child and their digimon have enough energy, the icon of the Digimon's chibi head starts to flicker brightly and the Destined may press it, enabling Digivolution. The D-Touch comes to you in a specific color scheme, the first color is for the main body and on-screen icons and text, the second is for the background of the screen and trim color of the D-Touch.

Emblems are special items the Digidestined obtain, and refer to two things. The symbols of traits the Digidestined can embody and draw power from, as well as their physical manifestation in the form of pins which can be worn anywhere, like jewelry. When the Digidestined exhibit the trait of their emblem, the emblem glows and its power is released to allow digivolution from Champion to Ultimate form. Though they are often though to be the catalyst of the Digidestined's evolution to their higher forms, the Digidestined will learn that the physical emblems are a mere focus point, the power lays within the Digidestined themselves. The emblems embody the specific trait that most stands out in each digidestined, they are the equivalent to their predecessor's crests.

[The Digimon]

Evolution will generally be the same as the show. The Digi-vices are the key to the digi-volution as well as the emblems. Partner Digimon can evolve into higher forms when needed in battle, however, at first, your Digimon will not be able to evolve like this instantaniously. Before Evolution will work for you, you will have to bond you're your Digimon and share energy for it to evolve. However, Digivolution is a very energy consuming process, so it cannot happen if your Digimon is weak, injured, or hungry. Also, something important to note, once your Digimon finishes its fight, (or is severely weakened) it will De-Digivolve back to its Rookie Stage, and perhaps to a lower stage depending on how exhuasting the fight was.

Evolution works exactly like the above for Digivolving to all stages, with the exception of the Mega Stage. Digidestined have a couple of unique ways to Digivolve their Digimon; Such as DNA, Armor, and Warp.

What is Warp Evolution? I'm sorry to say that not all of you will be able to do this. Just joking. Actually, because this is not really based on the show's rules and based on my rules, I say what the hey, let's do it. The term Warp is when a Digimon skips a certain level to reach a higher level in half the time it would take than going in order.

DNA Evolution: With DNA Evolution, two Digimon combine into one Digimon of a higher level. The new Digimon will have both separate consciousnesses united into a single one. When a DNA Digivolved Digimon speaks its voice consists of the original Digimons' voices uttered simultaneously. It was also stated that a Digimon formed through DNA Digivolution is considerably stronger than normal Ultimates or Megas, as the combined power of the two is joined by extra data. For the purpose of this roleplay the DNA Evolution must be a Royal Knight Digimon, and given that there are six digidestined it will work out perfectly. Pair up and choose a Royal Knight to DNA evolve into.

Armor Evolution: An ancient form of digivolution which only a handful of Digimon are capable of. To gain this form, the Digimon needs to absorb the energy from one of the special Digimentals. An Armor Digimon's power is similar to that of a Champion/Adult's. For the purposes of this roleplay, select the Digimental most akin to your digimon selection's element type and most similar, appearance-wise. One Digimental to One Digidestined.

NO SPIRIT, HY-BRID, OR BIOMERGING EVOLUTION IS ALLOWED

[The Technicalities]

• You Cannot Have The Main Digimon From The Shows. Example, Agumon, Gabumon Biyomon, Palmon, Tentomon, Patamon, Gatomon, Veemon, Hawkmon, Armadillomon, Wormmon, Renamon, Guilmon, Terriermon, Impmon
• You cannot have Evil Emperor Digimon. Such as Devimon, Malomyotismon, Puppetmon, ect.
• Only Use One Digivolution Line! Many digimon have several evolution lines, please pick one and stick with it.
• Have Manners! Please do not go around and insulting people for any reason, your not better than them. Keep this rpg at Pg-13, you can have romance, and some swearing. But don't go off throwing the "F" word around, and some other really bad words.
• No One Gets Left Behind! Each chapter, dubbed adventures, will have multiple parts. No one is allowed to post in the following part until everyone has posted in the current part we are on.
• You Have To Be An Active Rper! Having said that previous rule, to join this rpg you must be active or else I will drop you. Simple as that.
• No Uber Digimon And No God-Modding! I hate people who think they have an all-powerful Digimon that no one can beat. Get real people, everyone has weaknesses, even Digimon. The all I'm powerful thing and you can't touch me doesn't go in this role-play. And let me tell you. This here is your first warning. If I find anyone acting like this, I will confront you about it via VM or PM. (That is your second warning.) After that, no more warnings and I will ask for you to not participate as part of the group and will have you ignored or taken out. So remember, this here is your first warning. Your second warning is in your pm or profile, after that, you're out. I don't like to exclude others so please, No god-modding.

Description:

Theodora's long and styled hair would make anyone double-take, sporting a bright, unnaturally red colour. Her eyes are a deep brown, seemingly black in some lights, golden in others. Her skin isn't ghost pale, but probably pale enough to comment that she doesn't get enough sunlight. She has a flicker of light freckling all over her body and a beauty spot just under her right eye. She stands half a head or so shorter than all of her guy friends and maybe eats a little too much than she should, not that she cares; she's perfectly happy with her figure. You really can't call her ugly, but she's not 'hot' either; Theodora prefers cute or adorable or perhaps cool.

Her clothes are a little bit 'classic', though any passer by-er may slap the big 'hipster' tag on her thanks to her Ray Ban Wayfarer sunglasses that sit proudly on her her head. Her clothes vary with the seasons, though one thing seems to stay constant; skinny jeans and enclosed shoes (mainly Converse or perhaps a pair of lace-up boots). Her shirts are either t-shirts or baseball tees with wide collars to sit over her shoulder, sporting some kind of band name or logo. If it's cold, she wears a coat, preferably a peacoat or zip-up hoodie. Jewellery and accessories also vary; beanie and scarf if she needs it, odd trinkets as jewellery, bracelets with things like 'save the whales' plastered at them (she's not really a greenie, she just thinks the colours look nice together). She also usually carries a bag around on her bag, an odd triangle backpack, filled with crap she really doesn't need, but carries with her anyway.​

Personality:

It's hard to ever see Theodora without a warm smile on her face. She's fiery, like her hair, and never gives up on people or her beliefs. Some could call her stubborn, sometimes fighting to the point where it doesn't really matter anymore. Because of this, she can be immune to listening to reason because she believes she is right. Call her out early and she may admit she's wrong but the deeper she falls into an argument, the harder it is to pull her out. Because she never gives up on people, she is quite loyal to those she calls her friends and rather hostile to her enemies.

It's hard to miss her voice, being loud, bombastic and saying things which don't always make the same amount of sense like it does to Theodora. She's outgoing and extends a hand to any human being, offering friendship in exchange for a pair of ears that may listen to her nonsense. The only people she really can't stand are jerks, buttheads and mean people.

Theodora also has a keen sense of style and originality and strives to be seen as a black sheep. She wants to be the one that stands out in the crowd and with her startling red hair, she manages to keep her confidence. But as she feels that she falls into world as just a 'normal being', Theodora starts to feel self-concious and gets down on herself. At times, she feels that the only person that she could give up on is herself.

To keep with her originality, Theodora has a few cool hobbies; she plays bass, guitar, keyboard and can paint and write. One could also say she has a keen eye for fashion and interior design but that just may be the left brain of hers acting naturally.​

History:

Theodora was born into a fairly normal family, second child to an older brother (Elijah) by 4 years. Her early life was fairly uneventful, as far as she can remember. The only thing worth mentioning is her adopted nickname, 'Eddie', coined at a young age. After watching some after school tv show, she insisted that her name was now Eduardo, after her favourite character in the show. As a seven year old, she introduced herself as "Mr. Eduardo" to everybody and the name stuck. Even after the phase blew over. Now, even teachers at her school and acquaintances know her as Eddie.

School was never a problem for Theodora. Making friends, finger-painting, writing papers on Dugongs and the Statue of Liberty, graduating middle school; it all seemed to come so naturally. It was only when it came to being herself was where Theodora had the most trouble. It was about the time Theodora discovered the internet when she began to question who she was. Her ambitions of becoming a youtube sensation or a kick-ass artist or running her own radio station was smooshed by the thousands of others who wanted the exact same thing as her. When she started to get her name out there, it wasn't fast enough for her. She saw art which made her depressed, music which she could never hope to write and pageviews which she would never have. After a few weeks of depression and getting down on herself, she sparked a new fire within her; she would be different in every way to everyone else. No matter what. That was how she would be known.

Since then, Theodora has been in high spirits, blending in to a constant friend group while striving for originality. She earns high marks in her creative subjects (and surprisingly, Science) while being oh-so-average in Maths and History. She's never really had a boyfriend (maybe one when she was sixteen but it didn't last long) because she always considers herself 'one of the guys'. When she grows up, Theodora's not sure what she wants to be, but she knows it'll be awesome.​

"I don't think you understand, Lissie. They cancelled it. It means it will never come back again. Ever. Don't you realise how devastating this is?"

"I think when you say cancelled, you mean finished. They had eight seasons of it! Don't you think actors could get sick of playing the same person for eight years? It's gotta get boring."

"That's why they have episodes where they swap brains. Or evil twins. Or hypnotism! I can't believe they betrayed me like this."

"I'm sure you'll get over it, Eddie."

"Nope, never."

"So, how about this one?" Elissa spread her arms out, gesturing to the tree behind her. It was a pretty tree, topping most that were in Central Park. Filled with blooming flowers and Theodora swear she could see a glimpse of a tiny bird making its home in the top-most branch. Yeah, a pretty tree. But not what she was looking for. "Not this one either?"

"Mr. Duffield said that we needed to take a photo of something that called out to me. The only thing that this tree is saying is 'booooooring'," Theodora gave her friend a cheeky smile, walking past Elissa and her tree. She needed something spectacular for her photography assignment. Not just Frangipanis and people kissing. No, something that was so unique and so special, Mr. Duffield would never think about giving her anything but an A every again.

"There is no pleasing you, is there?" Elissa caught up, pulling at the camera around Theodora's neck. "What exactly are you looking for?"

"Something totally weird... something like... that! Like that!" Theodora thrust a finger ahead of her, pointing to a young boy, probably ten or so, playing with a remote control helicopter. Though, it didn't look like he was having a lot of fun; he let out a sad wail as it crash landed in Elissa's tree. His father ran up to him immediately, pulling the remote control out of his son's hands to try and fly it out, but it was stuck fast. Theodora went to work straight away, pulling up her camera to take a shot of the boy's distraught face but when she clicked the shutter button, the camera too, let out a wail, this one robotic and not very healthy for a camera.

"Whoa, what the hey?" Theodora pulled the camera away from her eye to inspect the screen. It didn't look so good either; pixelated and by the looks of it, broken. "Aw, shoot. This is the school's camera too! What's going on?"

"What's going on?" the father groaned, dropping the remote controller onto the grass. It was easy to see how the boy had flown it into the tree; the triggers were flicking back and forth out of control. And Theodora was missing all of these amazing photo shots! "Stupid piece of garbage! I paid five hundred bucks for this!"

"Wait, Eddie, don't you still have your film camera?"

"Of course!" Without hesitation, Theodora quickly flicked off her bag and pulled out her old camera. She only had this one since she had been out buying film for it today. What luck! She snapped a few shots of the kid, the father and the helicopter. When she had taken five or so, she put the camera away. "Weird, though."

"Yeah, let me look at it," Elissa took the digital camera from Theodora, pushing her glasses up on her nose as she inspected the victim. "There's nothing physically wrong with it, like, you didn't break anything on it. It's a... Sony SLT-A35. Can you google that, get me the specs?"

"Yeah, sure," Theodora pulled out her phone but instead of a lock screen of a guitar like she had expected, it was exactly like the camera. Pixelated and broken-looking. "Uh, Lissie?"

"Hey, no, look, I got it. It's working now," Elissa handed the camera back to Theodora, the screen back to normal. Theodora glanced back to her phone and that too was normal again. "Must've just had a brain fart. Did you wanna get some more photos?"

Theodora looked back to her scene but the son and father had already left, the helicopter gone too. "Nah, it's all good. I got the photos I wanted."

"Cool, let's get some food, kay? I'm starving."

"Sure," Theodora turned around back the way they game, taking one last look at her scene. Gosh, what... what just happened? Well, whatever it was, it wasn't just a brain-fart. And her, Theodora Peppercorn, would be the one to get to the bottom of it!!

Personality:

Strabimon may not be quite as lively as his partner. In fact, in conversation between the two, he would rather sit and listen then try and add his bit. He is silently supportive, but it's not like he ever talks at all. No, his words are chosen well and would never be the one who demands attention unless he had something terribly important to say. She is nicknamed Kit for multiple reasons and two are very obvious. The first is that she is small. She is just barely over five feet and by appearances, scrawny,. Her health is perfectly fine however, says the doctor. It's partially due to her high metabolism. At least that's the belief, as he doesn't have any relatives to base it off of that anyone can find. And she's not very interested in finding them either. Her skin is not tanned or affected with the strongest make-up. Like she can afford that, really now. Her breasts, if you really are interested, are small, A cup to be honest. She seems rather plain when you look at other girls she knows

But anyway off of that subject, let us travel to something more interesting: her hair. It is purple, yes purple. To be precise it's lilac and it's very long, running over halfway down her back.There's a funny story to what happened to her originally auburn locks but we shall get to that later. Lark's eyes are a steely blue, usually filled with pure, warm, delight. It is accentuated by the tiniest hint of blush. From what little she knows about make-up, she knows its good to look like there isn't any. Her general appearance is casual.

One of the other reasons she is called Kit is for her hat. Throughout the year she keeps a fox eared fleece hat on her head, ears covered. You read right. It's a rusty red with the ears tipped black. The inside fluff of the ears is white. She will almost always be wearing this and if she isn't, chances are Lark is carrying it. It's her most prized possession, even compared to the sapphire earrings she has on. Yes the hat and hair clash awkwardly. She doesn't care in the slightest. Other than her earrings, Lark doesn't wear any jewelry. The one other important piece is kept hidden.

On her person are some very casual clothes. Since her guardian isn't exactly rolling in the dough, she goes to get some cheaper clothes and... doesn't really know the difference. Her clothes for cooler weather are a teal jacket with a black sleeveless shirt. The pants for this are hunter green and with black running shoes. However, since it's August, we probably won't see any of this. For the summer, you will catch her in a baby blue blouse with loose sleeves and grey dress jeans. Her shoes are white ballet flats. Lark carries around a black shoulder bag, full of various doodles and music and schoolwork and WHATEVER else she can think of. She forgets what's in there most of the time. The other object consistently carried around is her violin case, which rests on her back more often than not.

Personality:

Kit's nickname comes partially from her hat, but it also is because she reminds people of a kitten. Social and graceful, she is everywhere she can be one of the many lights of the party... except recently. Her popularity has dropped immensely. However, Kit isn't worried about this at all. Despite her smile being layered with an odd sad sheen, it is always meant to brighten up anybody's day... even if it fails at it. If you are depressed, chances are her nose will sense it, even if she doesn't know you, and Kit will be right there beside you, sometimes babbling and others just sitting there with that quiet patience of an older sibling. It seems like she's getting into things that she doesn't belong in and chances are, that's true. However, Kit can't stand it, the sensation of a lonely heart. From faraway, it seems very selfless. Kit however, is vividly aware of how selfish she is, wanting to keep that pain of loneliness all to herself.

Perhaps animals smell a comrade in arms because she's frequently followed by them wherever they can. She's a bit of a sucker for the big eyed stare and will frequently attempt to tame strays, no matter how much advice that she gets against it. This might be a reason why she's a bit old-fashioned, or maybe that's due to a lack of money. Her cell phone is a cheap pay-by-the minutes phone and she has a very old MP3 player that many of her former friends didn't even know ever existed. It's probably a good thing animals like her; her sense of direction is horrible. Kit still gets lost in her apartment. Not the best person to live in New York.

Kit forgives. Well that's an understatement. To be more accurate, you could stab Kit and she would find a justification in her head and forgive you. She earnestly believes that every person has goodness sleeping within them somewhere and with some time, effort, and faith, they can find out the power within it and use it for themselves. Not to say that means she doesn't know what evil looks like, Kit simply decided very young to look past it and to focus on what else someone could be. She won't hold a grudge and anger is something difficult for her to feel. She believes that by doing so, it will unlock the greatest power to ever exist: magic. White magic, full of hope and joy and faith in miracles. Kit earnestly believes in these kinds of magic, white and black, formed by emotions and dreams and believes a smile is the simplest and best spell. These pure-hearted, almost naive beliefs, formed first as a coping mechanism, have become actual aspects of her being.

Family to Kit is about as normal and straightforward as a raindrop. Exactly. Not knowing her birth family's identities and never really encouraged enough to figure it out, she kind of just lets it slip by. She's curious about people with conventional families, but it puzzles her more than it hurts her. After all, she has Jake and Jake is enough of a family to her. Until Labramon and her friends come along of course. It's why she treasures her hat and her hair.

Well, I've described her philosophy and feelings, but how does Kit act? Earnest, a lover of all forms of art, she lives to exemplify the subtle beauty that encompasses it. Sweet and pleasant but prone to those random outbursts that frequent her guardian, Kit sacrifices formality and proper speech for bright words and lip only smiles. She is never exactly mellow, but her serene confidence in maybe not herself, but certainly her beliefs, reminds people of warm, fair weather. Kit is probably well-known by sight in the city, having run all over it for reasons ranging from helping her guardian's work to running errands or volunteer work. Though if she isn't running, she's playing her violin for everyone to hear.

Despite the exterior she exudes, she is not a leader by any means. She may be able to hold a person up, to stand beside someone despite being alone in the gesture, but don't look to her for major decisions or to step up when you need someone to take the next step. The most you'll get is a half-formed idea. Kit is hopeless at those things and tends to panic a little at the idea. The idea of all eyes on her is frightening and secretly, it is a relief to her that she is alone now. She is simply not passionate enough to throw herself to make people change or to be the symbol for everyone's hopes and dreams. As far as she is concerned, she has barely enough strength to live her own. A part of Kit isn't even sure this life she is living right now is real. She could be, in her own mind, back in that old creaky bed, drowning out the lonely cries of her fellow children with a fairy tale fit for a New York girl who secretly wonders who she is.

History:

Though she'll likely never know it, Lark was born on December 8th in Mount Sinai Hospital to a pair of people deeply involved in their work as designers, hence the... unusual name choice. This hadn't been an accident, but unfortunately they had made a mistake. They had the money for a child, but they most certainly did not have the time or as they would realize, the love. So the young girl was dropped on the doorstep of an orphanage not long after her birth with a letter addressed to her. Even to this day, she has never read this.

That was the beginning of her foster years, the first three being raised by the stern but loved people who worked there. Around the age of four, her first foster home picked her up. She was a good woman, the person who had given her the treasured hat she wears today, well a version of it. However, it didn't last longer than two years, due to the parent leaving for the army and having no other relatives to care for her. Kit was picked up and promptly returned to the orphanage, where she spent the next few years of her life watching others come and go. Not sure what else to do and rather angry with the turn of events, Kit decided to help the staff of the orphanage with the younger children, trying to occupy them and make things less of a hassle. She told them stories and drew pictures, comforting them when they cried. Even though she liked the quiet that appeared from less crying children, a part of her enjoyed their smiles more than that.

Around the age of seven, her heart unconsciously began to resign to staying in that place. That fact in mind, she was enrolled in a public school. The students teased her for her behavior and lack of toys but it eventually died down. She tended to smile at them too much for it to be worth it. This led to small friendships and for about a year, it was a nice careful routine.

One day in the summer that was abrupt visit of a man named Jake Avery, a twenty-five year-old artist. He was a good friend of her initial foster mother, who had died on active duty. In the will left to him and the friends she had made, she asked him to take care of Kit, feeling guilty that she had not been able to do so herself. So, here he was. It wasn't because he was a selfless man who wanted a child. He was a bit too impulsive for that. No, it was in truth because he had planned to marry her so to Jake it seemed like the best way to move forward. The whole affair was rather anticlimactic in all honesty. She, being a child starved for parental attention and having very much loved that woman, was very happy to meet someone close to that. During the long adoption process, he visited and showed her various drawing methods, teaching Kit the various techniques he used and pulling her into the world he lived in. Admittedly it was a rather odd one.

For Kit, though Jake likely hadn't known this, it had rekindled that tiny spark of hope and joy in her heart, a miracle. It unconsciously cemented the beliefs she had told the younger children of. It also allowed her to forgive her foster mother and to mourn her openly. If this hadn't happened, who knew who she would have become? She couldn't believe it and for the sake of her own sanity, a part of her can't.

At the age of eleven, after they were used to living with each other for quite some time, came... the incident. Not really, it was just that Kit's hair got bleached by accident. How by accident you say? Well, one day while cleaning up, Kit saw the guide and equipment for it while he wasn't home and... well she tried it. The good news: she did it correctly. The bad news: Jake came home and found his surrogate daughter with blonde hair. It didn't look good on her. So, he went to get some hair dye. However, being curious as a kitten, she didn't find anything close to her hair dye and instead got... you guessed it! Purple, rich lilac purple! The rest is pretty easy to guess.

The rest of her life... wasn't all that eventful. She had been forced to switch schools after the adoption and had actually been able to make a few friends that stayed throughout middle school. She still got the teasing, mostly for her hair. However, more people liked it than hated it, claiming she was a real anime character, awesome nickname and everything! Having no clue what that was, Kit tried to learn. Oops. Regardless, her life was quite nice and ordinary.

That took an abrupt change a few days ago when Kit found out she had been accepted into the High School of Art and Design, where Jake had gone. Her friends weren't thrilled, believing she had gotten there strictly with the man's reputation. It led to a petty disagreement and at the moment, Kit hasn't spoken to them since they stopped talking to her. She doesn't really mind however. If it makes them feel better, she doesn't have any qualms. After all, she can still work in the bakery and everyone loves sweets! Right?

Money. It was a rare creature. Jake didn't spend much on himself that he could get away with and Kit tried to keep away from using her own. It wasn't like she earned much. But when she did there were a few things she spent it on, and one of them was art supplies. The others were things of equal nerd joys and gifts, sheet music included.

"Mewrii~" The noise was met with a couple of odd, curious stares, but Kit Felix ignored them with the happy bliss that came from earning something herself. She calmed herself quickly, rummaging through her bag until she found the list she was looking for. She then cycled through the Prismacolor markers and grabbed the ones she needed, mentally calculating. With her purchases in hand she went to the register. The woman there grinned at her, spinning the markers as she scanned them.

"Use up the set again?" Kit smiled softly as she nodded, tugging at the hat over her ears. "My gosh you never get tired of that thing. Don't you have hat hair yet?" Kit frowned curiously as she took out her wallet, shaking her head with earnest confusion. What was wrong with hat hair? It was less frizzy... last she checked. "Well your total is... huh?"

"What's wrong?" the younger teen asked nervously, fiddling with the bills.

The clerk scratched her head, looking bemused. "Well it's saying those markers are over $240,000." Confusion and dismay passed over Kit's face, displayed by her smile slowly drooping to a frown. She would never be able to afford that. "Eh don't worry I remember the price." Thankful, the lilac-haired girl paid and left the store. It wasn't getting dark yet but it was better to be safe than sorry. She adjusted her violin case on her back, leaving the store for the streets outside. She clicked her MP3 player back on and started to hum.

Kit, so deeply into the song she was listening to, almost didn't notice the tank topped figure of one of her former friends about to knock her off the curb. She darted to the left, ignoring the dirty sneer she had just received. It wasn't a big deal really. They wouldn't have gone to the school in the first place. Maybe this could lead the way to new friends. Maybe they liked some of the things she did....

Maybe her phone was buzzing. Moving back a headphone to place the receiver over an ear, she flipped it open. "Jake?" Instantly a shock jolted her ear and she winced, pulling it back. Worriedly, Kit put it back over and a sense of vertigo overwhelmed her senses, causing the young teen to shut her eyes and wince. The sound around her, including in her one earphone, faded into melded babbling and whispers and into white noises. Liquid cement poured into her veins, slowly hardening and numbing her limbs.

Meanwhile her phone was singing in her ear. "We are here~waiting... for you to come~"

"What... Is this?" She tried to step forward, but Kit found her legs were already still.

As if deaf to her pleas, the song continued, shifting voices coldly. "How many mistakes... have I made?" With a great effort, she forced her arm from her ear, letting the phone dangle uselessly in her hand. The song continued to hum until Kit forced it to flip shut. Then the world abruptly returned to normal and Kit stumbled forward. There was a snicker behind her but this was thankfully missed.

"Mewri~" she mused. "That was... odd." With that analysis made, Lark walked the rest of the way home.

At the door to the apartment, she was greeted by the broad chest of none other than Jake Avery. "Hey purple kitty," he drawled slowly, ruffling her hat-covered head. "Find everything?" He reminded her of a wolf, a social Beta level wolf that was more muscular than the Alpha... but not much else. His green eyes sparkled with that cheerful creative gleam. He had a new idea in the works. Tread lightly Kit, lightly.

"Yes sir," Kit replied promptly, following him inside and walking into her small partitioned section of the bedroom. It was painted like Central Park in Autumn, the fiery trees "holding up" a carefully done hammock. She sat down on it, swinging slightly back and forth, almost into her tiny dresser. "The electricity was weird though." Jake reclined against the wall with the loose, earnest smile that she knew best, that she loved best.

"Had that issue earlier myself. Don't try your laptop. The internet's down." Pushing himself off with an "incredible" effort, he winked. "Dinner will be in an hour. The folks below have extra again."

Kit let out a sigh of barely contained bliss. "I love Steak Mac and Cheese!" she told him, causing the man to chuckle.

"Yeah, especially when it's free." He growled out the last word like a hungry animal, causing her to giggle. "Enjoy some drawing kitty kitty." He left, drawing her curtain closed.

As her tiny lamp flickered on and off above her, Kit frowned to herself pensively. "Today was so weird..." Does that mean I will wake up soon? She shook her head. "This is real... this is real..."

She murmured this even as the lamp gave up the fight and clicked off.

Noah is your normal looking teen in terms of features, not a stick in terms of physique but definitely not the most muscular kid on the block, which sometimes disappoint even him. The most stand out feature Noah possess are his bright brown eyes and maybe his earring which he got just to fit in with his friends. Short light brown hair, flawless skin through his good living and nothing else much about his appearance, hard to spot in a crowd due to his overly normal look, but he takes pride in his one lovely feature of his bright browns.

It isn't very different when it comes down to clothes either since he's a very conservative dresser. His look on a regular basis consist of plain t-shirts of various colors and his black or blue skinny jeans finished by black sneakers. On rare occasions he might even put on a buttoned white shirt like the one in the picture and whenever he odes do that it like a big fancy occasion or their's a girl he wants to impress.


Personality:

You could almost say Noah lives to please, if not his family then it's his friends and it's this attitude that has made him perceive himself as a pushover for many years. The fact that Noah knows this about himself is the worst part about it and he just can't stop. He finds it oh so hard to say no to someone and even worse if he lets a person down.

At the end of the day it depends on how you look at life, you can call him a good friend and son for wanting to do his best so that the people around him are happy. Or you could look at Noah and say he lives his life to please and cannot control himself from doing whatever people ask of him. He does try sometimes to just keep to himself and that's his way of solving his problems instead of facing it like a man. Kind and gentle you could say Noah can do no wrong and usually finds himself in the background with his friends and even his family.

Despite all this though, he is loved and that's something he knows for sure and he can always smile at the end of the day knowing he's a good person

History:
Noah, the bright brown eyes teen from the borough we call Manhattan born and raised. Noah knows everything you need to know about the hustle and bustle of the city especially since his family is one of the more well known ones around. Growing up in a large family, consisting of three older siblings always left Noah with expectations to live up to but with both his two brothers and his sister all successful by age 21 year after year more pressure was being placed on him.

Whenever one of his parents high society friends would ask about Noah it would be more like an after though such as "And what about the other boy?" after his parents had finished telling stories about the other children. Noah didn't let this phase him, he was no stand out in sports and more of a high potential student than an instant straight A boy but was he concerned? No, more than anything he wanted to be just a bit different from the others in his family even if just a little bit.

Growing up around all the high life of Manhattan would have and has left many people very "hype or snotty" as Noah would call them but he lived differently. Not embracing all and getting drawn in by what was around him, he found himself around more humbling friends people who didn't care about his background at all. Going through school was normal, everything was just normal, soccer on the weekends and surfing the internet at nights and of course he was a teen so his game console was never far away.

To tell the truth up to this point Noah has lived a normal life, always had and by the looks of his future always will...

5:45pm...

Here we are a tall Manhattan skyscraper that Noah Phillips has to call home after we pass the doorman and about 30 or so stories(We got tired of counting) we find him in his luxury suite all by himself. "Typical Manhattan weather" Noah closed his windows trying to stop the heat from getting inside "Not even really July and its already hot" Noah made the longish walk from the window to where the air conditioning remote was setting it to a temperature that was cool enough for it to escape the heat but warm enough so he doesn't freeze, before making another long walk to his computer table. Noah took a look at the fancy new computer that was infront of him and let out a long sigh, it seemed like every other week he was getting one and that always wasn't a good thing.

After a couple minutes tinkering with the computer and going through the long drawn out task of setting it up and inputting all his important information he was greeted with a big smiley face "Setup will be finished in approximately 30 mins" prompting Noah to roll his eyes and scream due to the irony of the situation, a smiley face telling you nothing good, injustice! So unto the next piece of entertainment in the room the tv that was covering almost 3/4 of one of the walls.

Noah jumped into bed, remote in hand clicking away, yup there was alot of clicking but nothing was happening the television wasn't turning on. Even more frustration in the evening time "Ughhhhhhh!" Noah just wan't getting any breaks tonight and it was about 29 more minutes before he could even think about using the computer. He stretched for one of his handheld games and began wasting away a little time, just for even that to shut off on him.

He wasn't usually a angry person but things were getting to him tonight he was really heating up....wait yeah he was actually heating up Noah started to sweat he felt the sweat falling from his face and was flabbergasted. "Am i dying?" he asked in confusion, with a state of the air air conditioning system circulating around the room there was no way he was supposed to be hot. Noah glanced over to the thermometer and the temperature was about 30 degrees higher than it was supposed to be, Noah didn't even question it he just went about lowering the temperature again.

This time Noah could breath a sigh of relief it was so cold he could almost see his breath infront of him........wait he could, the place was absolutely freezing fit for a penguin. This time Noah's glance at the thermometer yielded it being almost at a negative. "What's going on!!!" Noah said in frustration "Mom!! Dad!!" he shouted out in frustration and was greeted by complete silence.

"What a surprise, no one was home" constant disappointment was all Noah could feel from the moment he arrived at home, but a ping from the computer may just have been the turn for the better. It had finished loading, all Noah had to do now was click on his name and there was an endless world on the internet to explore just one click away........... Noah's face was straight and emotionless, that one click didn't lead him to an endless world it led him to what was called the "Blue Screen of Death" using the computer for the first time and already and had malfunctioned.

It wasn't a good night at all and to save himself the disappointment Noah jumped in bed, the one thing that hadn't failed him for the night. He looked at the bedside clock to see 34:92, now what it the world could that mean, Noah sighed for the final time for the night before closing his eyes and attempting to get some sleep..............

Just a few adjectives you would use to describe the good-natured Leormon. Extremely loyal to his cause and with a strong sense of justice, he does not tolerate those who choose a wayward path. He tends to keep things in line and does everything in his power to keep everything from falling into chaos. As a perfectionists, messes are not allowed in this cool cat's presence. He has a habit to take on a maid role, often scolding those who leave a room looking like a disaster area.

Leormon has exercised infinite patience, and is not led to anger quickly. But he can be judgemental; first impressions mean a lot to him. Even when he's riled up, he'll continue forth with a level head and a politeness, that of some sort of king or queen. While normally drop-dead serious, the cat-like creature does have a playful side, especially around smaller ones. He's exceptionally good with young ones and is highly curious of things that are new to him, but we all know about curiosity killing the cat right?

Beginning with Thayne's physical appearance, he looks to be an average teen. Standing at a height of 5'11" and weighing at around 145 pounds, he possesses a rather athletic build, making him not look to small, but not too big in that regard either. He's just average. His hair is about medium length and consists of a red-tinted brown. It is typically in a sort of messy look, though he is known to clean it up for special events. Moving on, his eyes are blue, sky-blue to be exact. He has somewhat pale skin that is unblemished, though he does have multiple callus' from playing guitar.

Moving onto clothing, Thayne's style can easily change. One day, he could be completely dressed up and the next, he could be wearing sweats and a T-shirt. It all depends on his mood. On most days however, he does tend to wear a white undershirt with a black or white button-up. Typically, he leaves it unbuttoned and has his sleeves rolled up, but again, it can vary. Typically, his wardrobe is finished by his black Adidas running shoes. However, he is known to wear some accessories at times, mainly several colorful bracelets made by his friends and a necklace with a tanzanite birthstone that was left to him by his mother.​

Personality:

Thayne Clark's personality is much like everybody else's, simply in the fact that it is based on the person's history. This being said, Thayne's history has completely decided who he is today, however, whether this can be seen good or bad is unknown.

To begin, we start with the Thayne many people see. To them, Thayne can appear to be one of the most cheerful and kind people they've met. He seems to be that teen that is brave enough to be involved with everything, giving many the impression that Thayne is a well-balanced person in the regard of activities and sports. Nonetheless, being involved gives him the opportunity to make quite a few friends fairly easily. The entirety of this side of his complex personality leaves him to appear as a model to multiple people. Of course, while many see this as his most pertinent side, it is merely a facade of sorts.

In front of those he trusts (And even then, very rarely), Thayne can appear quite different. In these cases, he possesses a solemn and pensive attitude. He develops a need to talk about his problems and thoughts. Obviously, this side is based on a rather bad start to his life and only needs to come up out when he needs to express it. As stated above, he does this by talking, but he also does through music, especially the guitar.

However, Thayne, despite the personality that is seen, is one to be empathetic and compassionate towards others, especially those he cares about. Because of this, he will tend to go to great lengths to help his friends, even to the point of risking his own life to protect them. He also despises those who mistreat their own allies. To Thayne, this is the worst thing someone can do as allies are only there to help and support you. This is likely his worst downfall as he will almost always trust his allies, even if they're out to do harm to him (unless he knows it of course). Thus, he is seen as a big supporter of teamwork.​

History:

Thayne, as well as his twin sister, were both born on December 7th at a small, free clinic in downtown Manhattan to a poor, single woman who had little to nothing. Of course having nothing couldn't support her soon-to-be family, their mother chose that the best option was to give them away. Still to this day, Thayne has had a major sense of abandonment and hate for the woman, though she did what she did as a form of mercy for she had truly loved them. Probably the worst thing about all of it was the fact that their mother had left two necklaces with them, most likely the most valuable things she possessed.

Nonetheless, once the pair had been left at a central Manhattan orphanage, something very abundant in New York, where they still live. The reason being? While many people who wanted kids would show up, none of them seemed to want to take both nor split the two apart. At first, the pair were quite sad about it, yet over time they realized they only needed each other. So with that said, the orphanage soon signed them up for public school where they soon sprouted into who they are today.

However, while Krista, his sister, was always upbeat while Thayne's personality was quite sullen and reclusive. He really seemed to go to school only to be with his sister. Yes, he was smart and did well in most of the classes, but he didn't care about any of it. Well, that is until a few people changed his thoughts about the world at the end of elementary.

At this time, his sister and a girl named Alice, who would soon be Thayne's best friend, thought that Thayne should look upon life more hopefully and sorta pushed him into the school band as a percussion player. For some reason, he quite liked it and eventually began joining more and more things as he went through middle school. While it took awhile to become good at some of the things, he enjoyed the challenges and over time his personality changes to what it is today.

The last few years have been pretty good for him. He eventually got a job at the mall where he made a pretty good stream of money, (surprisingly) that he could use to support the orphanage with as well as buy himself a few things, e.g. his guitar.​

Theme:

Velonica by Aqua Timez. I've chosen this song for mainly three reasons. First off, I'm a big fan of them. Second, the tempo, composition, etc. all give this song a really interesting vibe that I think would fit Thayne. And finally, after reading the translation I feel that, based on his soon to be personality, he would really get this song and understand it's meaning.​

"Sora-San, Kazumi-Chan!" called a teen known as Thayne. Thayne, as well as his sister and three closest friends had been planning an outing to the local mall for awhile. It may not have been too special but hey, they were able to hang out and eat their fill. Luckily, eating out was the first thing so no one would starve while their walking about.

Hearing the call from their friend. the brother and sister hurried over, sitting next to Krista and opposite Thayne and Alice. "you know," started the Asian boy. "just because we're from Japan doesn't mean you need to constantly use the honorifics. I mean seriously dude."

"Oh, lay off him," said Kazumi, brushing her black hair from her eyes. "He's just kidding."

Thayne smiled as Sora rolled his eyes. "Anyways, have you all heard about the outages? There's barely been time to watch T.V. at the orphanage." Surprisingly, Thayne wasn't exaggerating. In fact, he was far from! Nearly all of New York City had been having at least one per hour. And that's not even mentioning the fact that no one knows what is causing it.

"I've been hearing that it's a cyber terrorist," replied Alice, reaching for a piece of bread. "It's completely plausible in my opinion."

"It could also be aliens," teased Krista, her eyes wondering around the restaurant. "Look over at the bald guy. He could be an alien right now and we don't even know it. Our demise is near!"

"You guys are hopeless," said Thayne before receiving a couple playful punches. With that said, the group began laughing at the conversation. Their day was already proving to be funny at the very least.

"Excuse me," said a waiter, interrupting the laugh. "Are you guys ready to order?"

After about forty minutes and one outage, the group each had their entrees in front of them, the delicious smells filling the area. The whole group simply sat their and savored the smells, happy with their decisions. Happily, the group began eating, their conversation stalled.

Moments passed and Thayne's attention was soon taken away from his food and towards a TV near the front of the restaurant, CNN playing on it's the huge screen. Except that wasn't what caught his eye, it was the title of the segment. "Hello Thayne." Wtf, thought the teen. Is that my name? Thayne began looking more closely at the screen, his eyes blinking when the scene started to change. Instead of a news reporter, there appeared to be a grey-skinned monster with a golden mask and very large horns on the sides of it's head. The mask appeared to not have a mouth, though it did have multiple holes for eyes. The creature was staring right at him. What the hell is that thing?

"Hey, snap out of it," said Alice, interrupting Thayne's train of thought. "We asked what movie do you want to see later?"

"Sorry about that," he answered before looking back at the T.V., the original scene playing once again. "What movies are there?" That was weird, he thought. Was I dreaming or did that really happen?

"And you call us hopeless?"

"Whatever, I'm going to go get the bill." Doing as he said, Thayne began walking towards the front area. "Could I have my bill please? My table is just over there."

"Of course," the desk manager said, handing the bill over. Nodding a thanks, Thayne looked towards the price of the meal, his wallet already in his other hand. Then again, his money might not cover the entire thing.

"Uhm, sir. This bill is wrong. It says the meal was worth $1,000,129.57." Scratching his head, he handed the bill back, the shock very noticeable on his face.

"What the he... I'm sorry about that, we'll fix it right away." With that said, the man turned around and grabbed a menu and calculator.

Whatever works.

Growing bored fairly quickly, Thayne began to think about what he had seen. What was it that I saw? It looked like a monster and it actually looked at me. That's not to mention that I was the only one that actually saw it. All I know, it just makes it creepy in all senses of the word

"Sorry to keep you waiting," interrupted the manager. "I hope this is a much more reasonable price."

"It is, thank you." Finally having the right bill, Thayne returned to his table. I wonder how they'll act when I tell them the original price.

Personality:

Unlike many Digimon who share the same personality as their partner, Dorumon is in quite a big contrast to Thayne's. Dorumon is self-righteous and cocky, always believing that he is better than others. He merely cares about his own safety and growth, only protecting others to become stronger. Of course, this means that he has an extreme lack of friends. Nonetheless, this makes him jealous of others.

After some time goes by, I plan on having him realize that he's not the best because of his personality. From the on out, he will change and gain qualities of other characters.​

Description: (Visual) A very symmetrical attractive young man, Silas is an average physical specimen. He's not particularly tall or short; he's not muscular nor skinny. He's average across the board in those departments. His skin is evenly coated with a soft peachy color and his hair is an interesting assortment of brown and blonde highlights. Perhaps his most notable feature are his ocean blue eyes, which he gets from his mother. A rare trait that not too many people have, Silas values his eyes and has learned to accept them.

As far as usual attire goes for Silas, he's a very expressive individual who is in tune to most of the fashion of today's society. Because of this, Silas wheres a multitude of different styles, depending on how he is feeling. One day he'll dress casual in a pair of loafers, slacks, and a button up shirt. On the other hand, he will sport bright colors, tennis shoes and a baseball cap. You just never know what you're going to get on a day to day basis with Silas Jamison. He's a very unique and expressive individual.

Personality: Perhaps the most optimistic person you will ever meet, Silas is always in good spirits even when things seem bleak. Sure there are times where he may feel down about something, but those are rare moments for Silas. He lives each day like it will be last and explores instances like they are his first.

Silas is a very friendly person who wishes to make positive relationships with everyone he meets. He really can't take no for an answer and it sometimes gets him in trouble! For example, if an anti-social person won't converse with him, Silas would probably do his best to find a way to make him or her laugh in order to break the ice. Silas isn't a fan of quiet and awkward moments of indifference so he's usually the guy that tries to make everyone smile at the end of the day. Overall, Silas is a genuine and sincere guy who just wants to optimism at all times.

History:

Silas's early cannot possibly be fully explained without mentioning the lack of a father. It was, by no means, and intentional absence, but more of an incidental. While Silas's mother was pregnant with him, his father died in a terrible car accident. Although most women would be weakened by such a horrendous loss in her life, Silas's mother, although she wept, grew stronger from losing her husband and promised not to let Silas ever feel a state of deep sadness. Although, it was quite unavoidable for Silas to not question the whereabouts of his father when it came time for father's to visit the school during his primary education days. Instead of bringing his father to career day, he had to bring his mother, for which he was teased by students. 'Mommy's boy' were one of the many phrases that Silas was teased with, but Silas looked past it and simply wanted to know the truth from his mother. Hesitant at first, Silas's mother told the young boy what really happened... that his father died during her pregnancy. Of course, other obvious questions came 'why', 'how', and 'when'?

Amidst learning the whereabouts of his father, Silas remained optimistic. His mother didn't have a man in her life and he had to grow up fast in order to keep his mother in good spirits. He did extra things around the house consisting of taking on most of the chores before he was old enough to get a job. The epitome of a perfect son, Silas hated to see his mother down and tried his best to keep her happy. He carried this since of service into his teenage years. Growing up in Brooklyn, Silas was exposed to a wide variety of different people. He particularly grew an interest to theater and made thespian friends. It helped that Silas had the ability to leave his feelings at the door and get right into character once the time called for it. Theater was a bit of an outlet for Silas in the sense that he was able to be expressive. It also pleased Silas that he was able to perform for others. The relationship he developed with his fellow thespians had an even more positive influence on Silas because he had no siblings. His fellow actors and actresses were like brothers and sisters to him and they even got to know Silas's mother on a personal basis. Of course, many people disliked Silas because of his openness to converse with different people, but Silas ignored it. He always felt that diversity and communication was key if society was ever going to thrive and grow.

Currently, Silas is nearing the end of high school years and has aims to either potentially attending a theater academy in New York or perhaps moving to Hollywood to pursue minor roles before working his way up. His mother is in favor of the idea, but she really doesn't want him to leave her in New York alone. The idea of her son growing and thriving made her very happy, but with Silas gone, the house would be empty. Silas didn't want to leave his mother, but he wanted to develop into what he knew he could be and staying dormant in the same city probably wasn't the best thing for him. He knew his mother wasn't selfish on purpose, but that's just what she was doing. Time away from his mother would probably be better for Silas as well as his her. However, someone had to be the catalyst in doing so and it would have to start with Silas. Currently, he is a student in high school, but he is considering saving up some money to catch a flight to California to see where his journey takes him. But Silas must learn that sacrifice could be an even bigger responsibility he has. His optimal thoughts are great, but sometimes Silas has to understand that not everyone thinks like he does.

Theme: Fighting Dreamers - Silas sees his time in the Digital World as an opportunity to do what's right and, well, he's excited and energetic about it, just like the song!

11:00 PM - July 30th

Today was a long one for Silas. It all started at school, which shouldn't sound as bad as it does, right? School was supposed to be a time for learning, which is luckily was for Silas. All of his teachers had decided to assign homework all on the same day. Typical high school. Then at lunch, the cafeteria decided to serve the absolute worst meatloaf surprise. Unfortunately, the meatloaf looked like trash smothered with tomato sauce and bug-looking onions. Not to mention, the meatloaf surprise was partnered with cold potatoes. Did Silas eat the food? He surely did. However, he almost had to barf afterwards. One thing about Silas's school, you couldn't count on the cafeteria to cook anything utterly edible unless it was something simple like pizza or nachos. Whenever it came to the gourmet foods (or so they were titled), they were horrible. However, Silas accepted the public city school's excuse for cuisine and went about his day. Rehearsal was the final major event in today's events and it wouldn't have been so bad if the theater teacher didn't keep her cast on stage for five hours. Silas was a more than capable actor and he had his lines memorized like the alphabet. But, it was his fellow cast mates that were holding up production. Silas could tell that they didn't take performances as seriously as he did... or maybe Silas was taking it a little too seriously. He wasn't sure. It was just a long day and he was about ready to unwind. A smile on his face, Silas entered the front door of his home and noticed his mother laying on the couch in the dark, draped in a blanket with the television tuned in to the evening news.

A smile emerged on Silas's face as he lifted the blanket up more on his mother's body and he leaned down to kiss her forehead, "I love you, mom." He stared at her for a few seconds to see if she would wake up. When she didn't he assumed that she was in a deep sleep and he walked into the kitchen, turning on the dining room light. He slung his backpack on the table as he looked up as the evening news cast began to talk about the recent outages that were occurring across the city. "Ah, that mess is still going on? Geez, you would think the electrical guys would be on it!" Silas walked back into the living room to turn up the volume and sure enough his mother finally opened her blue eyes and smiled at her son.

"Oh so you're finally home from rehearsal?"

"Yup, Mrs. Beal kept up late as usual. I'm starting to think that she doesn't care we have homework. Speaking of homework, I've got homework from other classes that still has to be done," Silas laughed and shook his head as he looked at his mom. She sat up on the couch as she stretched and rubbed her eyes. Silas's mouth shifted slightly as he said, "Fortunately I'm a fast worker so I should have sometime to actually close my eyes. Looks like you're well rested."

"Yep. Can you scoot out the way, honey? I've got to hear more about these outages."

Silas slid out of the way of the screen as he went into the kitchen, listening to the story from there.

"In recent news, it is no secret that the citywide power outages and electrical malfunctions are causing up a stir across the five boroughs of New York. Residents are fed up with the New York Light industry's efforts at putting an end to the outages. A statement from the NYL says that they are working hard at figuring out exactly what the problem is, despite triple checking the circuits across the entire city. Although things appear to look hopeless, NYL says they are still trying to do their best to bring back satisfactory service to the entire city of New York."

"Why is everyone blaming the NYL for something that is obviously a major problem. It's not like they're doing this on purpose right?" Silas said out loud.

"I agree, honey," Silas's mother said as she stood up, stretching yet again. "And it's not just wired appliances. Many of the citizens cell phones have been malfunctioning. And I'm not just talking about wifi or 3G. My co-worker said that her cell phone randomly started smoking. Like it naturally overheated, but the phone was new. And shes not the only person that that has happened to." She made her way to her bedroom while Silas began to prepare a bowl of cereal and tossed his homework across the dining room table. "Well, good night hun. Finish your homework and don't get distracted."

Silas chuckled as he rolled his eyes, "Yes, mother." Once he heard the door slam, Silas sighed and pulled out his iPhone, checking it for messages. Most of the notifications were from his GroupMe app that he and his friends were members of. A laugh escaped his mouth as he read a comment, but that quickly turned into a frown when his prized iPhone started blinking frantically and randomly. He had just received the phone a month ago so there certainly was no reason for it to be acting like this. Frustrated with the device, Silas thumbed it with his palms which ultimately ended up in the iPhone turning black. A groan escaped his mouth as he tossed the phone into the living room on the couch. While Silas facepalmed his forehead onto the table, meanwhile his phone began to give off a sea green glow, despite Silas's belief that his phone was becoming a faulty device.

Pointer Arrow: Fires an arrow-shaped missile that it is able to guide until it hits the opponent.
Met Tackle: Rolls the ball in its abdomen to charge the opponent, then assaults them with the helmet on its head.
Cora Guard: Stores its whole body in its shell and reflects the opponent's attacks back unchanged.

Personality: Kamemon's the kind of Digimon that follows his own tempo. He doesn't really conform to the beliefs of others and kind of does his own thing. This is not to say that he's rebellious, he just prefers to do things differently than others. He's a 'surfing-hippie' to say the least in the fact that he enjoys participating in random yoga, catching a wave, or even dancing to music (he even had headphones installed into his little helmet!). In addition to the surfer's mentality of catching the next big wave, Kamemon also has a surfer's voice (think Crush from Finding Nemo). You'll hear his random surfer lingo at different times: 'Whoa', 'Gnarly', 'Sweet', 'Dude' are all different words that Kameon throws into his everyday drivel.

Kamemon's a very good partner to Silas because he keeps him call when Silas goes on his random outrages of trying to keep people happy. Kamemon understands that humans have a wide variety of emotions and sometimes they just can't focus on being optimistic ALL of the time. 'Chill dude' another common phrase that Kamemon would probably say to Silas. However, Kamemon appreciates his partners efforts and supports him in any decision he makes in the future. The two have a very close bond, brotherly bond that would be hard to break.
