Suggestion: Disable only certain formatting

I'd like to see this myself. While I love the option of turning off other member's post formatting, sometimes the meaning of their posts (or my own) gets lost when the bold, italic, and underline options are gone. Color definitely makes sense to remove, but the other three are so basic.
 
I'm for this as well, especially at times in which you cannot read a member's post, simply because the color comes into conflict with the theme you're using, and I'd find it annoying if I had to change my theme just to read a post because someone set their custom post color to the same background color (or similar color) to the style I'm using.

If we can disable profile customization, I don't see why certain elements of post customization couldn't get disabled either.
 
This was demanded when the 'disable thread formatting' setted was implemented, and denied for no reason I'm aware of.
I'd still like to see it done.
