    The Distortion World was an area in Platinum that is Giratina's domain. Time does not occur there (despite your Nintendo DS clock still changing for some reason) and space is unstable there, so strange occurances happen. At the end, Giratina is there.

    What did you think of the Distortion World? Would you like to see it return in the future?
     
    i loved the distortion world! it was definitely one of my favorite parts of Platinum. I high key hope if we ever get remakes, they'll feature the Distortion World. I really liked all the various weird angles, and wish it were fleshed out further.

    FWIW I really liked that it was kinda explored further (to an extent) in the Shaymin / Giratina movie. (Even though I think they referred to it as the Reverse World for some odd reason??)
