Eh...I dunno. The only sports anime that I know of that's anywhere near as insane as this:



is Captain Tsubasa. And y'know, while I was watching the anime I decided to find other series like it because I assumed it was a common trait among shonen sports anime to have that sort of thing. But things like...Eyeshield, is probably a good example. Things like that aren't really like Inazuma Eleven in terms of the scope of the action.
