As far as I know, the only other one is from Love, Chunibyo, and Other Delusions.
Their hair and clothing are almost identical, except their patches are on opposite sides of their heads.

It's annoying because I'm the kind of person to want to collect badges, and I don't like the randomness, and I don't like that it intentionally makes it in games so you can't collect all of them through the game.
