72. Young coaches tend to backfire spectacularly at the pro levels. The only recent successful one that I can think of in the sports I follow is Mike Tomlin, and his hiring was already almost 10 years ago.

At the moment a young coach is tearing the Champs apart in Eddie Howe and on a grander scale guys like Pep and Mourinho had success early. It seems the NFL franchises are more forgiving when it comes to sacking, I guess it is an easier climate, without the fear of relegation.
