So basically I need one of my two new decks rating.
I built them yesterday and built them around strategies I could use with Revive, Crushing Hammer, Do the Wave and a Scolipede who's purely there to pwn many times.

    1x Deerling (EP)
    1x Deerling (BW)
    1x Sawsbuck (BW)
    3x Venipede (BW)
    3x Whirlipede (BW)
    1x Scolipede (BW)
    1x Sigilyph (EP)
    4x Lillipup (BW)
    1x Herdier (BW)
    1x Stoutland (BW)
    1x Bouffalant (BW)
    2x Mincinno (EP)
    1x Cincinno (BW)
    (21)

    3x Energy Retrieval (BW)
    1x Energy Search (BW)
    1x Plus Power (BW)
    2x Poké Ball (BW)
    1x PokéDex (BW)
    4x Potion (BW)
    4x Revive (BW)
    1x Crushing Hammer (EP)
    1x Max Potion (EP)
    (18)

    10x Grass Energy
    11x Psychic Energy
    (21)

I agree with Romeo010, another deerling would be good - replace a pyschic energy for one maybe? Plus you could replace one of the Lillipups with a second Herdier, then maybe add another Stoutland but that's probably not needed.

I have one Herdier, one Stoutland and I've tested the whole deck and it works the way I intended it to :P

Thing is, all the Pokemon in that quantity do exactly what I need in perfect balance.

I agree with donavannj. If you intend to run this in a battle roads let alone a tournament you're gonna get rushed by Yanmegas, Reshirams, Donphans, and even weaker things like Cinccino's do the wave and Zoroark stealing your attacks.

I also have to agree with everyone that Cincinno is a good line to run, especially if you can get 4 DCE's. A solid 4-4 line of it is highly recommended.

Also you have absolutely no Supporters. If you need the help of a solid draw you're boned. 2 Energy Retrievals would be enough, Energy Search is unnecessary, 3 Pluspower would be better, Pokeball should be replaced with Dual Balls or even Great Balls, or better yet Pokemon Communications, Pokedex is unnecessary, Potion is unnecessary if you run Max Potion, and is worthless in general since most of your pokemon can easily be KO'd, 1 Revive is good enough, and Crushing Hammer isn't that great. You could really benefit from a set of 4 Junk Arms instead of the heavy lines of the trainers you're running. You could also benefit from some PONTs, Junipers, Elm's, Sage's Training, Pokemon Communications, anything to get your cards going.

Currently what you're attempting to do is tech a lot of cards, but whether it's Yanmega Prime sniping your basics or Power hitters like Reshiram making short work of your strongest HP pokemon, having a flimsy strategy will not do you very good in a competitive atmosphere.

From that list I currently lack Junk Arm, Elm's Sage Training, I have only one Plus Power and Poke Ball is my only ball.
I guess I could replace some cards for my 3 remaining Junipers.
