Anime/Manga Do any of your friends watch anime?

It seems like many of the friends I have, both online and offline, tend to be anime watchers. Do any of your friends watch anime? For those that aren't as into it, have you tried getting them to watch a show before?

My one high school friend that I still speak to and such is a pretty big anime fan. i honestly don't talk to a lot of people one-on-one so i can't say for anyone else (my best online friend seems to be more into video games than anime/manga mostly) but i can tell you that I have several coworkers that are into anime so sometimes i get into conversations with them hahah.

A couple of offline friends watch a little anime but aren't super into it I wouldn't say.
Online though I think most of my friends at least dabble a bit and quite a few are as into it as me if not more so.

No, but if I did have friends, probably yes. Anime is a big trend now. If you're not into anime you're at least into one of the most popular shows like One Piece. My Hero, One Punch Man, Attack on Titan, DB, JoJo or even ugh SAO.

i have 3 friends that actively watch anime. feels good that i can talk anime with some friends. but we watch different kinds of anime. there's one that's just focusing on comedy/ecchi/harem/romance and there's one where its all action/fantasy. for me, im focusing on some mainstream animes. we do have some mutually watched common anime and it is a bit nice to talk with them about it

IRL not really anymore. I had a few friends back in high school who did but we never really kept in touch post high school. I have like one friend who really actively watches anime but we have different tastes so we can't really relate. Online friends though, my best friend and I discuss anime quite a bit which is really nice.

I have some friends on MAL who are still watching anime, also my brother is also watching anime as well.

the most i've seen any of my RL friends watch is Dragon Ball. and i think that's just because we all grew up watching the original and was pretty hyped when DBS became a thing.

i also vaguely remember one friend watching One Punch Man and Mob Psycho 100 for some reason.

other than that no one is into it as much as i am.

Yeah, I'm the odd one out since I'm not really all that interested and have watched very few animes, but most of my friends are either moderately or really into anime.

Some of my friends are also into anime, my older brother also watches anime too.

I have several friends who watch anime both online and offline, though most of them are way more into anime-art style video games like JRPGs than watching anime.
