    I've actually seen one at Gamestop, if you're that lucky you may find one nearby your area (if you're in the US). They're rare and they're also expensive because as TF said, security settings on the 3DS is very very tight these days.
     
    Yeah I had thought that Powersaves have become the new Action Replays the same way Action Replay replaced Game Sharks.
    I still prefer the way Action Replay worked though. But alas, tighter security on the newer systems inevitably called for the introduction of new ways to hack your games.
     
    They're not in production anymore I think but you can still buy them from amazon or eBay. The gameshark for gba however is expensive and rare.
