Do you care about calories?

i dont care bout calories reallly
calorie arent what give u a heart attack
 
Mm, rarely! I've only cared about them like 5 times in my entire life, so yeah, *shrug* Not too bothered... it's when excessive weight has been added on.. then I'll care!
 
I am always thin but I started to eat healthy food some time back and my tongue got sick of the taste of junk food:P
 
I always check the back of packets to see how many calories it contains. Saying that though, I will usually eat foods which does not contain that many calories in it.However, its not just the calories you should keep an eye on. You should also check for saturated fat. Infact you can eat somthing which is low in calories but high in saturated fat. Which is therefore bad for you.

So if you think about it, you cant really win eaither way. We might not just eat at all! lol
 
I don't really think about them, I just eat what get's put on my plate :P
 
Nope, it doesn't really matter to me because I have a fast metabolism and I exercise daily so I pretty much dont get fat at all.

No, not at all. I eat whenever I feel like it, which is pretty much all the time. >>
 
I don't care about calories. I eat whenever I want. I have started to work out, though. Not doing so makes me feel like an amorphous blob. xD
 
I balance my meals out, not that i care, mummeh just does it >.>

I was very careless of how much calories I ate,until something popped in my mind one day "eat right" so now I tend to keep track of how many calories I eat etc. I burn half of them off about a day from excersize and other daily activity's.
 
Me? No way. I'm not going to look at a label and record it, because I'm too lazy and all that jazz. D; I could probably eat healthier myself since I won't always have metabolism to back me up, but for now... Pffffft.

My dad does this thing called FitDay, though. It's a website where you record exactly what you eat throughout the day, and it pretty much records the information for you. I may actually give that a go. One day. Not now. o___o
 
I care about calories ALOT! i dont like eating too many so i limit myself to 800 a day and i am too skinny now and now i eat regularly but not gaining ANYTHING, and actually losing pounds each day 0_0
 
I really don't care about them at all. I don't eat much junk food. Only maybe once in a month. I am neither thin nor fat. I am just normal.
 
No. I'm entirely too lazy to count them. :(

I figure as long as I eat everything in moderation, and try my best to get active, I should be okay.
 
If it tastes good, then I eat it. I don't worry about calories, or anything like that. I eat all I want and never gain any weight. I'm not over, or under weight, I'm just right.


I know lots of people have to keep track of what they eat (and I guess it's a good thing), but calories and such is something I don't think I'll get use to keeping track of.
