Do you care what Poké Balls you catch Pokémon with?

I've tried to do themes and such, but it's often more work than it's worth. For the most part I stick to the standard balls and try to steer clear of the nest ball because I hate the hearts.
 
Only when I'm breeding for shinies, matching the ball color to the pokemon shiny sprite just feels right. Lol
