Cool archieve.. but like Kenshin11212 said, that list needs a little update. ;) Besides new crushes, I'm pretty sure some of those old ones on that list has expired.

Anyway... I was asking for a defination for the word "crush." Anyone know? I talked to a reasonably intelligent guy at school about it, yesterday, and he said it means infatuation. Which means a special attraction. But what is a crush to you guys?

I just looked in all four of my dictionaries. And it says infatutation.

Smart... Okay, I agree, but you typed in the wrong name in that second quote, that was my post not Cast's.

Thanks for checking that word up... now, what about infatuation? What's the basis on an online infatuation? Just so I can get a clearer picture. ^_^

Hmm, instead of checking the word infatution in the dictionary, I used the thesaurus. It means craze, obsession, passion, love and fascination.
WHOA! I didn't know crush was such a....strong word. XD

Yah.... Perhaps "craze, obsession, passion, love and fascination" are not very good substitutes.

I think it's just some special attraction, which I said already, the basis of it IRL is usually physical attraction, at first anyway, or a combination of physical attration and personality attration. Could be a strong attraction. But what about the basis of an online crush? ^_^

Hmm, the basis of online crush is probaly the reaction of one person to another person and it probaly starts with the Pair up and romance thread. :P

Yes, but I know a few people that arnt paired and have crushed on other PC members so It doesnt neccicerilly have to be a pair up.
