Do you have or wanted a computer with internet access of your own?

I want one a lot, but the internet cost per month is more than what I can afford, and my parents probably won't allow it. My brother always use this computer for online games, and I often have to log out in the middle of a chat or typing a post here. (One of the most common reasons why I usually "gtg" in the middle of IMs, other than needing rest or having other stuff to do.) My brother is a terror: he threatens to get his own way.
This computer is not in my room, so I don't get to use it all the time, sadly :(

I use this computer more then anyone else in my family, so I can't complain. But I would love to have a completely 100% new, powerful, clean, secure, fast computer magically appear out of nowhere for me to use. Actually, thats soemthing Lightning needs. Her computer keeps restarting.

I'd want a computer all to myself even if it didn't have internet access. I've been vying for one for years now, but to no avail. >_>; Although, luckily my family has two computers, it's still really annoying because my mom refuses to use the other one (although it's far more stable than this one o_O) and she always kicks me off. -_-;

*feels guilty walking into this thread* I got a pristine way too fast one all to myself for Christmas, and now my family uses my old one, which is now conveniently located downstairs. Before that though, I?d get kicked off and have to wait and wait for my mom to get off eBay. -.-; I was always so afraid she?d grab it, I never got to far from it so I could sit down and guard my turf. Yeah. o_O;

Thankfully though, this baby has never crashed. I seriously hug it when I get it out to clean it. And speak to it. ^_____^

If I had my own computer, I'd probably be well versed in it, too. @_@ Just so I would know what was going on, since I don't like being ignorant about something that's just mine. (The one thing I can't stand about all the Japanese books and stuff I have around here is that I can't READ them perfectly, lol 2_2) But for now, I've gotta put up with sharing the computers... so I just let my dad do all the fixing and stuff. o.o

I have a toshiba satelite pro laptop all to myself, but I havn't got internet access on it

I have an internet connection on this computer on my room.. Just as my brother and my parents have.. Got a XboX, GC, PS2, GBA, GBASP, N64, N16(SNES) for my selfs too.. :classic:

I used to have AOL, and my family barely got through it. So we quit it and registered to walmart connect. Nothing different, but still, its cheaper. =P

My only private computer is a really old Compaq from 1992 that has Windows 3.1 and 8000 kb of memory ._. I would love a computer with internet access all for myself, I have no privacy ;_____;

Yeah... I got a MAC OSX 9.0 in my room with internet, but I'm selling it to get a laptop with internet access... and at my mom's I got a Windows 98 with internet access like this one... so I'm pretty happy about that.

I have my own computer in my room, with internet at 300k per second or so (actually, I think its 30...) It is an Athelon XP with 512MB of ram and a 40GB hard drive. It also has a PVR (Personal Video Recorder) or in other words, a build in TV that can record all my favorite yu-gi-oh episodes XD I bought it myself, and not just that, I put it toghether. I bought all the parts seperate and my dad and I put it all toghether and installed all the drivers. It was kinda fun ^_^

I have my own i remember i had to save ALL my money for it from the start of 7th grade to the end of 7th grade...i have a alieanware 25mach5custom so it's kinda hard to find since my brother just pumed up a alieanware standard and for internet i get it for free.

I borrowed one from my dad (to use in my room), but it's more for typing homework than for playing games. It's a Pentium and it is really really slow. And no internet access. *sigh*

My system is a dell inspiron 1100 laptop that has T-Mobile's Cellular Internet Access.
