Well study harder it's, "Je n'aime pas parler francais."oni flygon said:Je n'aime pas parle francais! I was forced to study French... I have too or else I won't graduate... >.<
What you're saying is, "I don't like to speaks French." Parle's subject isn't je. But anyways, small mistakes like that won't fail you.oni flygon said:really? I thought you have to congugate it since "parler" is an ER verb... (manger, nager, chnater) ... oh well... ^^
Depends on how you use it, usually you add it to be polite.frostweaver said:Lightning why are you taking both french and japanese anyway? I think even in Ontario you just need one of the 2nd languages at _____ 30. So if you're taking all the way up to Japanese 30 you don't need French unless you're taking it for interest.
errr... what's "desu"? I can't find that word in dictionaries or online o_o;;
I'm taking Japanese because, well, I like the language/culture. (Actually, I'm lying. I just really like anime. XD) Also, in my school board it's mandatory to take French in grade 9 and you also have to take a credit in a 3rd language. I'll be taking french all the way through high school anyway because there are more job opportunities and whatnot, I believe. I also just want to be able to brag about being trilingual. ;pfrostweaver said:Lightning why are you taking both french and japanese anyway? "Desu" is a basic "to be" verb in my knowledge, so far... for example:
Watashi wa Lightning desu = I am Lightning (Lit.: I Lightning am)
