But since i dropped out i wont have a chance to take any . . .

Just because some people can't speak english doesn't mean they're illegal immigrants. -_-

Je n'aime pas parle francais! I was forced to study French... I have too or else I won't graduate... >.<
Well study harder it's, "Je n'aime pas parler francais."

really? I thought you have to congugate it since "parler" is an ER verb... (manger, nager, chnater) ... oh well... ^^

Il fait beau au'jourdhui... (sp on the au'jourdhui part)

What you're saying is, "I don't like to speaks French." Parle's subject isn't je. But anyways, small mistakes like that won't fail you.

I feel So lonely since im the only who speaks portuguese here .... its also a good thing though

Well, its a good thing your the only one, Dizzy ^_^ That makes you unique here :)

*burns*

Both my College and High school offers foreign language courses. I can't remember them all but I did take the Japanese courses for six years in total. Its a crazy fact I know, and what's ironic I still can't fluently speak the language:P.
But all in all, I do know it.

x_X I think I'll be the same way, Kairyu. I've just started taking Japanese and I'm planning to take it all the way through high school and college/university/whatever. XD I'm the best in my class (not trying to sound conceited or anything, but it's just because I'm so obsessive with the language and I've already taught myself a lot :E), but I still can't really seem to speak it well. I'm fine with translating little things, but I'll probably suck when it comes to actually using it if I ever decide to go to Japan, lol.

._. But it'll be hard when I'm taking both Japanese and french at the same time next semester... I'll get them mixed up I bet. XD Je suis Erica desu. o_O;

Lightning why are you taking both french and japanese anyway? I think even in Ontario you just need one of the 2nd languages at _____ 30. So if you're taking all the way up to Japanese 30 you don't need French unless you're taking it for interest.

errr... what's "desu"? I can't find that word in dictionaries or online o_o;;

Depends on how you use it, usually you add it to be polite.

I'm taking Japanese because, well, I like the language/culture. (Actually, I'm lying. I just really like anime. XD) Also, in my school board it's mandatory to take French in grade 9 and you also have to take a credit in a 3rd language. I'll be taking french all the way through high school anyway because there are more job opportunities and whatnot, I believe. I also just want to be able to brag about being trilingual. ;p

"Desu" is a basic "to be" verb in my knowledge, so far... for example:
Watashi wa Lightning desu = I am Lightning (Lit.: I Lightning am)

French = it sucks x_x

Learning French makes me trilinguial... I guess that's true but does it really count when you barely know how to write a sentence? ^_^; I already have english chinese adding on French, plus 0.5 for mandarin (I can listen to it if you don't talk too fast but I can't say a single word in mandarin)

Strangely... I came to Canada at grade 3 yet I'm exactly 50/50 chinese/english... I can still do anything with Chinese except writing due to lack of practice... everyone else says that it's strange as I still remember so much of it... ._.'

Mim Tambem!! (Me also!!) Even though all my friends speak either portuguese or Spanish, I can understand them both.. And since my family mostly speaks European languages (Mother, Aunts and Uncle Speak Portuguese and French[Mandatory in the old Country] Grandmother Speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Grandfather Speak Dutch, Portuguese, and Crioulo) I understand them all... Yes I'm weird.
