Let's see,
Well cat's in general, love sprigatito, litten line is amazing , meowth is cute, persian is cool, alolan meowth is ok, alolan persian is just funny, galarian meowth is eh, Delcatty is cute, Espeon is mythical and awesome, Luxray line are amazing! Main stays in my Sinnoh playthroughs, Perrserker is ugly, Skitty is the most precious thing ever (protect at all costs), Raikou is awesome, it is probs my fav legendary beast (even though i prefer fire) Glameow is nice, Purugly has it's adjective in its name, Litleo is so cute, pyroar male is awesome and pyroar female is elegant, purrloin is sneaky boi, Espurr is cute but never was a big fan, Meowstick has that cool male female thing but not much else, sogaleo is epic ( But it is STEEL type) Zeraora is cool too.

I forgot one, since Cheetah are my favorite specific kind of cat, and I actually really like the closest thing to a cheetah pokemon, a leopard pokemon, Liepard is cool! It is sneak 100. And is kinda cute too, overall pokemon has some good kitties.

My favorite creatures are dragons, but they aren't real. My favorite real life animals are cats though. Let's see if I like all of the cat Pokemon.

Spoiler:

Meowth line - I really like them. They are simple, yet iconic. Meowth is cute, while Persian is elegant and sleek, which is something I like in Pokemon designs.
Espeon (Yes, I count it as a cat Pokemon because it's based on a nekomata) - One of my favorite Pokemon ever, as I'm a big fan of the Eeveelutions in general.
The Legendary cats - I really like Suicune and it's one of my favorite Pokemon because of its elegant design. I don't really care for Raikou and Entei though, as I don't find them appealing as Suicune.
Skitty line - They are very cute, but they are rather weak and there are better Pokemon to catch in Hoenn. I'm not a big fan of the Normal-type in general.
Shinx line - One of my favorite Pokemon, Luxray is badass and it's always a reliable Pokemon to use in Sinnoh games.
Glameow line - Meh, I don't really care for them. I don't think that Purugly is ugly when compared to Glameow, but there are better Sinnoh Pokemon out there.
Purrloin line - I'll admit that they have some decent designs, but I haven't used a Purrloin or a Liepard yet in Unova games yet.
Espurr line - I love them!! Espurr is very cute and Meowstic (both genders) are cute too. Meowstic is one of the Pokemon that I used in my first XY playthrough back in 2014.
Litleo line - Even though I like lions, I don't really care for the Litleo line.
Litten line - Litten is very cute, but I don't care for the rest from this line.
Alolan Meowth line - Alolan Meowth looks OK, but Alolan Persian is disappointing and ugly.
Solgaleo - One of the cooler mascot Legendaries!
Zeraora - Cute and cool!!
Galar Meowth line - I don't really care for this line, and I think that Perrserker is a bit ugly.
Sprigatito - So cute!! I hope that its evolutions look good as well.

TL;DR: I like Espeon, Suicune, the Shinx line, the Espurr line, Solgaleo, Zeraora and Sprigatito when it comes to Pokemon inspired by cats.

I like birds, and the birds in Pokemon are...hit-and-miss. Apart from Unfezant I am quite fond of the early route bird Pokemon, and the Legendary birds are pretty high amongst my favourites. I'm also weirdly fond of Sigilyph. Even though there isn't quite as much variety to Pokemon based off birds as there are other Pokemon, I like seeing the differences they can take, and most of them feel pretty distinct and unique which is quite an achievement when a lot of them are Normal/Flying and represent one of the more common birds found in the country the region is based off of.

Galarian Zapdos, Sirfetch'd, and Hawlucha are al disgusting abominations that need to go and die in a fire, though. The entire Corviknight line makes absolutely no sense, either. FFS, the kind of jay it's based off of isn't native to the UK, it'd make far more sense for it to take more after a Magpie or something...

Mamoswine is okay. Not a fan of the blue around it's eyes, and I think the body could be stretched to capture the size of a real wooly mammoth.

Oranguru is neat, with a unique typing. It's not something I've paid much attention to.

My favourite animals are giant sea/water creatures in general, especially sharks, crocodiles, etc.

Likewise, Sharpedo and Feraligatr are some of my favourites, as well as other mons based on the same or similar animals. Golisopod is also one of my favourites because I have an interest in the animal it is based off.

Despite the username, I'm particularly fond of cats and raccoons.

I'm mostly satisfied with both. Zigzagoon is one of the better Route 1 mammals, and the sheer number of cat Pokémon ensures there's at least several great ones.
