Hell no.
Romania is VERY corrupt (despite not being as bad as pre-2004) and it has a rather bad culture in my opinion. We have ethnic problems with Rroma people (which originate from Pakistan), since they seem to not accommodate here and do all sorts of bad things, they are robbers, beggars, etc. Despite this, our society loves "manele", a music genre originating from the Rroma minority, a genre which I can't stand at all. We are also WAY behind other European countries when it comes to the educational/medical system. We're poor and the entire EU seems to look down on us.
