I almost always proof read my posts (sometimes more than once), especially when they're of moderate length. For things like this where it's just a one or two sentence response, I usually just quickly glance over it before posting.

This is pretty much what I do. I won't notice my errors until after I post and I'll have to make several edits later.

I usually take time to submit my post, so no, I don't have to proofread it. :D But sometimes, I notice mistakes directly after I post.

I used to first post and then edit, just because I never seemed to notice most of my mistakes prior to posting.
Recently, I have stopped that though, since my browser now has some convenient (and, without it, I would have mispronounced this word) spell check device in it. That only leaves my terrible grammar, which is inevitable when having English only as the second language and never having been in an English-speaking country - except for a one-week class trip to England where I did not exactly speak English a lot - because traveling is so damned expensive.

I only do this because of the sheer horror I faced when I stumbled upon my old posts from when I first joined in like '06 where I typed like this "OMG i luv pokemno sooooo mcuh lol! lEts be friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ^__________________________________________^"

I feel the need to make nicely typed posts to make up for those past deeds :(

Yes, of course I proof read everything I write on the internet at least two times, since my grasp of English is actually limited and it isn't my native language.
