4th Gen Do you think Barry is overpowered?

Barry wasn't even hard to beat in any battles lol. Since I chose Chimchar my Infernape was able to beat his Emoleon and the rest of his Pokemon weren't that strong.

Not really "overpowered" as it's not very difficult to beat him, but he is pretty strong compared to other trainers when he raises his starter to 85.
