Do you think that Team Galatic later on in season 11 will take TR's role

    Did Team Aqua and Magma take TR's role back in the advanced series?
    I'm assuming you're talking about Jessie and James.

    I don't think the writers will ever let Jessie and James go.. they're like co-stars XD

    I've often wondered that myself, but chances are, J/J/M will be there til the end of time.

    As for the Galactic org, nah. It's taking the series so long to use them, so I don't know how much they'll be the season's Big Bad (as I think you're alluding to). Although, lately, the rules are out the windows. Hmm.
     
    As much as I would love seeing three random Galactic grunts (on occasion) throwing ideas around for a motto, drastically posing at random and being complete nitwits, I don't think it'll happen. From what I've seen so far of TG (except the ruins episode where Saturn was smiling all the time), everyone seems to be uberly-serious and down-to-business.

    Basically, Jesse, James, and Meowth are going to be here forever.
     
    Even though I like Team Galactic way more than any of the other teams, I highly doubt they will replace Jessie, James and Meowth. As many have said before, they didn't do it for Team Magma and Aqua so theres no reason to do it now. The closest we'll ever get to recurring characters from an evil organization that are not J, J or M are Cassidy and Butch.
     
    Well I don't think so. I mean from what we seen so far they really do seem more serious then any organzation has come so far and really that seems to be the main theme with the new villains in Diamond and Pearl as we saw with Jay. Still I think they won't and really it is good for their image since do we really want to see them more often? That kinda just ruin their flair if you ask me.

    I saw we need more appearence from other members from Galatic beside Saturn. Yeppie.
     
    The only thing the Pokemon creators like to change is the main girl and clothes.
     
    No way! They better not! Besides, I highly doubt they will...they've been there from the very start and have already come through 10 seasons! I would cry if they got rid of Jessie/James/Meowth!

    but saturn and grunts are getting boring
     
    Team Rocket will stay on the show forever. I mean, I loved them since the Kanto Region series. I don't want them replaced.

    If they got rid of one of the main cast (except ash pika can stay but w/o ash) i would kick the writers in the head and never watch te anime again
     
    The only time a really serious villain seems to appear is in the movies, so even though Team Galactic does seem more serious than Team Rocket, which has become little more than comic relief by this point and remains because they're fan favorites, I doubt they will ever get a big role in the television series.
     
    Dude, if I couldn't get rid of JJM in my Fic (in which I destroyed two major cities in the Pokemon World), I doubt the writers of Pokemon can.

    Then, you'll never make it as an American comic book writer, where they love getting rid of characters. At least, these days. Heh.

    Unfortunately, I think the two Rockets and their Pokemon have achieved cult status, so we're stuck with them, no matter what. Not a bad thing, but I wish it was like end of Johto, where the organization had presence, albeit minimal.
     
    They won't get away... The TR trio are one of the main characters, plus they are also the ones who act like comedian in the show.
