Does anyone know French?

nope it doesn't (well some)... tried it already and even I can pick out grammar mistakes by that thing... at least the free version that is. But it does beat Babelfish by a lot.

Even if there were a translator that would translate it perfectly, it still wouldn't be a good thing to use for schoolwork and stuff. The language it would use would likely be at a much higher level than what you'd be learning. And things like that are easy for teachers to pick out. XP

^_^; I remember once when I was younger, I was pulled aside because my teacher thought that I'd used Babelfish or something to write this science assignment when I'd only used my dictionary (mwahaha~ *is great* XD). Of course, after she told me this, I learned of Babelfish, so if she hadn't said anything, I wouldn't have been tempted to cheat afterwards. @_@;;

Although, I can't remember if I DID cheat after that. Probably. <<

I dun wanna learn French, but in mah school its required to get graduated XP So I have to get it when I start school @_@; *envies Lightning for her perfect French* X3

*dies*

Lol, I was talking to frosty and I was like ?Erica even translated this thing for a guy in OC? and he ran to her instantly for help on his test. XD;

oO; It sounds like you're bragging about me, lol.

XP I'm actually not gonna win the french award at school because I'm "only" getting 94. <_<; And it's *not* my fault for not having a 98 or whatever I should be getting, but I'll vent... not here. XD;

._. And I couldn't really help him because I only learned one part of what his test was on this year... XP

Lol, well what I am supposed to do put you down? =p

I lost a similar award once because my grade dipped like, one point under the needed one at the very end of the year. It was for math, grr. >.> One of my friends kept getting me sick.

@@; One of my friends was sick, and then I shared a Coke with her and this other guy (*is stupid*) and he got sick, but I'm the only one who stayed healthy. >D

I dropped because I had to do a group presentation with my friend who... is really bad with French. x.o; I think we were marked as a group, so she brought me down. Then I lost marks on this test we had... we were supposed to write in the right verb, as it said in the instructions. But it DIDN'T say we were supposed to finish the sentence in a way that made sense... so I got half-marks. -_-;

I heard French is almost like Spanish.. @_@ I know Spanish, but the words seem to confusing, darn it! XP!! *is confused by too many french words*

*dies*

omg. I got 76% in Grade 11 french. That's it, I'm done with French. lol

Well, at least I know some stuff in French, and if I'm equipped with a dictionary, I can do most of the stuff. :P
And I thought you were a straight A student, but I guess not. :P

Yeah, I know some stuff in French. I suck at speaking it, but decent at writing it. That's all I got, which is basically nothing. I did manage to receive all A's throughtout 9th and 10th grade French, but I think it was because the class was easy as heck. :P

For me, I'm done with French. At often times, French in general would **** me off. :\

It is, because French is a language of latin, as well as Spanish. ;)

No. I'm a straight A student except for French. lol It's my lowest mark in my schooling career, Nick. Yup, it pulled my average down below 90% *anger at French*

*ish loving LATIN, best dead language ever*

You can write some French, so you must be able to read some of the language too, which could be more valuable then being able to speak it. But how can you suck at speaking French?

All you have to do is practice saying thousands of French words out loud, everyday. XP

My French... umm... o_o.. I was done with French ever since I failed it grade 6. Ya, and I forgot everything I learned in all those mandatory French classes I had to go through except for like hello: "Bonjour" <- And I'm not even sure if about if that's right. XD

My twin sis is pretty brilliant in her Advanced French class though.

I prefer just leaving it at writing, and making you assume that I can read French. Okay, maybe it's the lack of motivation for speaking French. I sound kind of gay when speaking French.

Yes, "Bonjour" means hello in French. :P

Maybe she has more motivation than you do. :P

Well I don't know how she motivates herself but I'm motivationally depraved in everything.... except Japanese last year when I actually got like 95%+ without working much, I conclud my interest in Japanese is miracluous. I guess my sister is just driven. Besides, she hangs around smart people IRL... I think. We don't goto the same school. She goes to the best school in Edmonton like Frosty while I goto a big regular one... Hah! But she doesn't get Japanese. Okkkaaayyy I hate talking about myself so much so methinks I'll stop.... now =x . (one more thing) I know what you mean about not having the motivation to learn to speak a language. I liked how the Japs sound in anime shows and their music so that's why I'm motivated in that area. At first anyway. Oh well, good to hear your dropping French.... :P

(last thing... sometimes things are inevitable) Bonjour motivation! I know how to motivate myself now. Say: "I want good grades!!!" I'll try this in 2 weeks from now before my summer school starts. ;)
