6th Gen Does X & Y Remind of Pokemon Stadium?

    Does X & Y Remind of Pokemon Stadium? when you do pokemon battle does remind of pokemon Stadium
     
    Mmmm I think it does. That's the first thought that came into my head when I started playing that it reminded me of Pokemon Stadium for GameCube. All though the biggest difference from them both is the detail lol.
     
    Now that I think about it, the actual backgrounds when battling do remind me a bit of XD and Battle Revolution. It's not just some colorful wallpaper, but an actual location.
     
    magikarp look the same in stadium as it did in XY now.

    and people actually lauded the 3d models as revolutionary when it been done 10+ years ago...

    and stadium has funny stuff XY couldn't even replicate.
