On the Donald Duck cartoons with Huey, Dewey, and Louie in them when the three are all wearing the same colors, how do I tell them apart? Is there any hints to watch out for to be able to tell who's who?

    [PokeCommunity.com] Donald Duck Cartoon Question

Omg it's been so long since I've watched cartoons featuring these ducks. From what I remembered, they always seemed a more singular entity than three individual characters. They all share that general personality of being playful, mischievous pranksters. But according to the Disney Wiki article on the three of them, they have a few personality traits that are unique to each. I think Alvin and the Chipmunks are coded in a similar way. Huey (red) is the oldest and the leader the bunch. "He's never afraid of a challenge." Dewey (blue) is the brains of the trio. Louie (green) is the nicest of the brothers, with a more gentle, carefree, and laid-back personality.
