Don't Judge A Book By It's Cover?

    Do You Judge people on their appearances more than their personality? Or The Other Way Around??
     
    I always judge a person through their intelligence and personality. Rarely I befriended a person with good look and high intelligence.
     
    I usually have my initial impressions by my first conversation with that person, or if I happen to see that person do/say something that's nice or not-so-nice. Can't really say that looks affect if I want to get to know a person, but sometimes if I first see someone I'll think something like, "Oh wow, s/he has pretty eyes~"
     
    I like people who like somethings that I like or have a sense of humor. I like peoples personality, not how they look. etc.
     
    Well, the first time you see a person you can't help but create an idea of who they are from their appearance. It's not until they open their mouth and start talking to you do you get a change to become acquainted with their personality.

    On the internet, it's easier not to judge people, because you usually have no clue as to who they are, so can judge on their personality and not have any prejudices, unless they have a reputation about them or something.
     
    I've never been too judge mental in my life, sure having an opinion is something, but I'd never judge someone unless I'd know him or her.
     
    I judge them by the way they act, if they're polite, and if they have a good sence of humour (like me! XD).
    Everytime I even get close to judging people by their looks, I remind myself of the book "feather boy". Because the title and picture gave a really odd impression of the book. For instance, In small writing, it read: "you can do it, you can fly!", but the book had nothing to do about flying at all! XD
     
    As much as I want myself to judge someone by who they are, I still have a habit of judging people based on appearances.
     
    I get an idea of what a person is like by their looks, because usually you can tell. But I'll almost always give someone a chance and see how they are personality-wise. If I like their personality, then they're not bad people. If I don't, then screw 'em.
     
    I judge people by their acts, not their appearances. And, I will always suspend judgement over someone until I've seen (or heard from reliable sources) how they act.
     
    People who judge on appearances need to be shot in the face, with my foot.

    Anyways, I always judge on their personality that I have experienced.

    Totally agree. We all can't help but picture their personality base on their appearance for a second or two. I know I done that a few times. Overall though, I try my best to not judge people by their looks. As for internet, yeah it's easier to judge their personality and I do that.
     
    you r right it is easier to judge on the internet,
    i rarely judge people on either i mean im one o fthose people who makes a big impression, and i dont care weather people r smart, or look smart/pretty, whatever as long as they get along with me who the H___L cares what others think or what i think of them
     
    Most people look ugly to me, so it's pretty easy for me to judge people on their merits rather than their appearance.
     
    I try to reserve judgment until I meet the person and get a general idea of what he/she is like. When someone is a complete meatball (whether it be towards me or otherwise), I judge them. >.<

    There are some people that look like total meatballs, and aren't. When I first encounter these people, I usually keep the thought of judging them at the back of my mind until I see the way they act.

    Oh, and if you tried judging me on first sight, I can guarantee your first thought will be "Oh my god, he's going to kill me!" I just have that look. ;)
     
    Literally, yes. That's what covers are for... to attract people.

    But, I don't judge people based on their appearance. I don't know why, I guess I'm just oblivious that's all. Meaning, if I saw a guy wearing dorky glasses, I'd never notice it, so i judge people more on their personality, really. Doesn't get it? Yeah, me neither.
