I dunno, I think tags refer to smaller graphic pieces than regular banners, although the canvas is small...the details are intricate.

I didn't find one, actually XD A friend of mine got it for me from his HeartGold, and traded it to be yesterday (it was still a Hoothoot, just FYI; helped in Bugsy's gym).
