Why Quite Simple,

First: Back when that "Kristoph" Guy posted. He may be Went, but there is no Evidence that proves Krisotph is indeed Went, all we have is testimony from jpp8. And Testimonies can't be trusted, I should know, i sit though countless lies on my court days with Wright. and even if he is Went,

He ISN'T USING HIS MOD ACCOUNT, SO HE CAN STILL RAISE THE NUMBER UP!

Second: This thread is called "Don't Let the MOD say Anything", Right? Then What about the HIGHER STAFF MEMBERS The title itself is A HUGE contridiction. Sure, they may be an Edit on the first post, but who is going to look at the first post when there is so many pages on this thread! If higher staff, along with Mods, can't raise the number, then the title of this game should be "Don't let the STAFF say anything"!

Did you even bother to visit the alternate account in question? Subtle hints left by the visitors along with the user's previous username points to Kristoph indeed being Went. Kristoph showed no denial of this accusation either. Therefore, Kristoph is indeed Went a mod. Regardless of whether it was an alt or not, the person behind the alternate account was indeed a mod.

As for your second point, the definition of a forum moderator is one who has access to posts and threads for the purpose of moderating discussion. Admins also have this power so they are also moderators. As for staff, I recall two members, オレンジ and Superfairy-senpai, had at some point claimed to be "PC employees" (my memory may be unreliable though). This would inadvertently make them staff as well since they worked for the site. Most notably, Superfairy-senpai was a major contributor to this thread until some while ago. (...senpai? ;_; ) If this game were called Don't Let the Staff Say Anything, then we'd have to rule out the 282 record because Superfairy-senpai was a major contributor in that as well. Also, DLTSSA doesn't look quite as cool as DLTMSA.

I await your rebuttal. (This is soooo cool. ^_^)

It is an alternate account, which doesn't have Mod status! Didn't you ever think it would confuse visitors to this very thread?

Those two don't have The banners under their username! by "staff", I meant people who had the "Mod" "Admin", "Asst. Admin" and "Staff Admin" banners under there username. So, the record would stand!

Second objection: That may be so, But Admins are still moderators as they have the ability and duty to moderate discussion wihtin the forums.

bleh, let me make a few statements in red
Went is the same person as Kristoph
Kristoph does not count as a mod as the account is not a Mod/Admin account This means alternate accounts CAN add to the count.
Also, the rules state that a mod OR admin may come and reset the number. Naturally, this includes Super Mods and Assistant Admins. In addition, a later edit on the rules states that "It automatically goes back to 0 as he she is a mod or a higher staff member."

Happy?

oh, and i guess i'll throw this in too. Lightning can choose to do whatever she wants cuz she's a god
