Another group of people (a man, woman, and child) got "Pokemon" right (and the child was a three-year-old female). My dad and I were joking that the girl would randomly call out "Spongebob" at some point throughout that ride XD

And I'm the person who shouts the answer (my whole family is, actually), but we're right most of the time. In fact, on Wheel of Fortune, for the final fill-in-the-blanks thing where it's only one person doing it, I figured it out a couple of seconds before she did. It should've been ME who got that money, not her ;X

And I'm fairly sure at least 100000 more people said the same thing.

I love me some game shows.

I actually have 5 of the HGSS Sandslash (and it's a rare!), 11 of the HGSS Cyndaquil, 11 Sunkern, 8 Vulpix, 7 Mantine, 12 Mareep, 9 Hoothoot, 9 Growlithe, 10 Sandshrew, 6 Professor Oak's New Theory, 9 Professor Elm's Training Method, 11 Pokemon Reversal, 6 Switch, 4 Smoochum, 4 Furret, 3 Farfetch'd, 3 Pichu, 3 Typhlosion Prime, 3 Arcanine, 2 Jumpluff, 4 Sunker, 4 Ariados, and 3 Ledian, for starters. And that's just of rares and cards I consider play-worthy! XD;

Can cards with circles and squares still be counted as rare? Or just good in general?
I never understood the rare cards system. Are all fully evolved pokemon just given star-ratings? (same for shinies)

In order:

Nope. They do have reverse holofoil versions, though.

They actually can be very useful, though, and can have higher values than many rares if they are a part of a evolution line that goes good in basically every deck.

The rarity system just indicates how likely you are to get it in a pack, though some of each rarity tend to be more common in some areas than others.

No, they are not. Starmie from the Base Set is a good example.

Racism should be in the past... plus, when I see those two colors together, I tend to think of noir tales.

(: I have a couple reverse foil cards. And a couple cards that I've seen as holos, but they aren't.
