Not really.... I took a brief nap yesterday and stayed awake til around my usual time. I woke up at around the usual time, too. It just screws you over for one day if you can steel yourself for it.

30. My sleeping patterns really get messed up easy, though. Plus, I have difficulty getting to sleep at night if I managed to get in a nap for the day, which would mess up my sleeping pattern even more.
