Then come voting process, you vote (required if you joined the contest) for people who's profiles appeal to you the most, or look the best in general and at the end the winner of both the supporters side and non-supporters side will get an emblem.

Since there's the PPC here, and then the PPC over in Pokemon Trivia, there tends to be like... one month or so in which there isn't a PPC. Sooo... I can't really forget about it. Or I do, but right when it's the next month I start thinking about it again. Yes, even when it was so late it became the 'New Year's' on in January. @_@

You probably got it from the emblem's new purpose, since the old PPC emblem changes from being the PPC emblem to a 'oh hey you have an awesome profile we're gonna give you this emblem' and a new PPC emblem was made.
That or you totally forgot you enter and won, heh.
