The EX Gems are your best friend in this case. Each EX Gem has four EX Skills, two of which are S-Type and two are which of T-Type. Let's... take Genis for example. In my game, this is what he has in terms of EX Gems:
Lv of Gem | Skill | Type | Effect
4 | Spell Charge | T-Type | Press (A) while delaying a spell. Spell activates at the end of an attack.
4 | Spell Save | S-Type | Decreases casting time of the same spell if the spell is interrupted by an enemy.
3 | Rhythm | T-Type | Press (A) Rapidly while casting spells to decrease casting time.
4 | Speed Cast | T-Type | Decrease spell casting time
As you can see, Genis has three T-Type EX Gem skills, thus him being on the T-Side. And what's more, is that because of these skills, he has two Special EX Skills.
Reducer: (Rhythm & Speed Cast) Decreases TP consumption when spell is used twice in a row.
Concentrate: (All EX Skills above) Avoid Staggering while Casting.
Now... Concentrate is Raine, Genis', Zelos' and Kratos' best. friend, because nothing can stop them from casting the spell other than death. :D
