I'm with you on that, Pixy.

I seriously don't see what's so great about singing machines. I mean, if they came before talking machines, that'd be great, but they didn't.

I understand singing through machines, if that weren't true we wouldn't have Sean's version of Dragon Soul. But it's just autotune with no form of background singing. The thought that this is nothing more than a computer program made to make a song sound 50x more robotic, fake and overall artificial, and say it's making the song better, causes me to BURP in anger. I see no value in hearing Sorairo Days and knowing it's nothing more than autotune without anything behind it. It just butchers the song. I see no charm in actually hearing them, sure, they may be designed well, but seeing them and hearing them are different. Vocaloid is empty in my eyes and I don't think I'll ever think otherwise. :<

Maybe the robotic-sounding vocals the Vocaloids have the same sort of appeal that chiptune music has. It's obviously robotic and artificial, but it's got a huge following anyway. De geso. Plus NIPPON and their tendency to make everything moe.

The Ermine's name is Chamo iirc. I read the Negima manga, but got up to like Chapter 43 and got lazy. :x

I hope. Ugguuuuuu. /going to be so late, and can't complain to her mom about it or else she'll just give her the usual 'WELL LEARN TO DRIVE' even though we only have one moveable vehicle. oh sigh.
