Espeon is pretty weak to physical attacks, but if you beat those Pokemon with Speed then you'll likely have no problem. Against Red, I gave mine a Choice Scarf, and it was hardly a problem.
I don't think my Genis has Indignation, unless that isn't specific for whatever type you make him, in which case he probably does have it and I just forgot (I know Arche has it because my god it looks cool in Phantasia).
...Remiel the HM Slave. Poor, poor guy.
What I also like is that your team's natures match up to their names, and you didn't just name them because they reminded you of the characters. Of course, you also tried getting specific natures, something I somewhat do but am a bit Lax (pun intended) on.
Haru, my Torterra, is named so because Haru = Spring, which makes you think of grass. However, if you think of the character from Rave Master, Haru Glory, something with blade-like attacks (e.g. Gallade or Scizor) works better. He'd also probably have something along the lines of a Serious nature, and I think my Haru's Bashful (can't remember off the top of my head).
Undine, my Vaporeon, is named because Undines are mermaids with an ice type attribute (or in the case of Tales of/Fairy Tale (not Tail this time, but Tale), a mermaid/whatever who specializes in Water/Ice). If you think about Nietzsche, the naïve Undine in Yggdra Union (no one's gonna know her), Quirky Vaporeon (which mine is, I think) fits. But Undine of Tales of/Fairy Tale isn't exactly Quirky, but a bit more Serious, I guess?
Altaria is Natsu. Other than being female (Haru is also female whereas Haru Glory is not), I named her because Natsu's the Fire Dragonslayer and Altaria's part Dragon. Note that she lacks being part Fire, though. She also doesn't know any Fire-type moves. And I forgot if her nature matched up with Natsu or not.
Requiem, being Dusknoir, doesn't really need an explanation since her name came from the fact that requiems are usually related to death, and Dusknoir is a Ghost Pokemon.
Jericho, Gallade, was named because of the battle of Jericho. And while I'm not too well-versed in Bible talk or whatever it relates to (I've played the song Joshua Fit the Battle ob Jericho on my trombone, which is how I first came across the name), it seemed to fit. There's also Jericho in the DC (comics) world, and he's someone who does mind control, which fits a Psychic type. I don't think DC Jericho is really an Adamant type, but then again I don't know much about him.
Finally, my Umbreon, Kanon. In Umineko, Kanon is an antisocial servant who takes up his role as "furniture". That darkish nature seems to fit Umbreon's type, but unlike Umbreon, Kanon is furniture who can turn his arms into blades, making him an attacking sort. Not to mention my Kanon's nature wouldn't match up to Umineko Kanon either.
