Pish-posh. You could play the game on a refurbished PC that you can get for $400 easily. And the game itself, with all expansions (plus a bonus game) is currently retailing at $39.99.

Personally, though, I'd recommend a PC with 1 GB to 2 GB of RAM to play it, instead of those requirements based on personal experience. And you'd want to have a standalone video card to make it run better. ^-^

Well, an entire anime series I got was subbed by people in Hong Kong (not dubbed, just subbed), and the subs suck as is (there isn't one episode where the subs aren't perfect), butyeah.

Also, remember the Hong Kong version of "Pokemon Sapphire".

If FUNimation dubbed FT I would be happy.
