DLTMSA and DLTMS0 are pretty much the same thing except it gives the mods the opportunity to not zero so they can instead join in more on the discussion. Whether or not the mod actually takes to that and counts instead of zero is their option.

Everytime I have a theme that I drew myself, people ask me if I have a DevArt. Maybe I should start using my DevArt. :(

'itch. I don't have a sister I can discuss hot guys with! I have my brother who I can't figure if he's bisexual like me or asexual. I think he's bi because he tends to have sexual outbreaks lately and it's teenage and all but I can't decide.
